Türk edebiyatındaki popüler romanların Yozgat ili Anadolu Öğretmen Lisesi öğrencileri üzerindeki etkileri

Abstract

Sözlükte halkçı kelimesinin karşılığı olarak kullanılan popüler sözcüğü, yaygın, gündemde olan ve çok tanınan gibi anlamlara gelmektedir. Popüler roman ise, halk tarafından çok okunan ve gündemde olan roman olarak tanımlanır. Yazarın estetik gayeden çok ekonomik nedenlere dayalı olarak yazdığı bu romanlar; dil yönünden oldukça sade ve anlaşılır, konuları genellikle birbirine benzer, kısa sürede yazılıp kısa sürede unutulup giden romanlardır. Özellikle okur kitlesi gençler olduğu düşünüldüğünde bu çalışma ile lise öğrencilerinin üzerinde söz konusu romanların etkileri ele alınmıştır. Yozgat ilindeki, `Anadolu Öğretmen Liseleri` öğrencileri seçilmiştir. Bu lisenin seçiminde, pedagojik eğitime ağırlık verilmesi etkili olmuştur. Bu çalışma için Yozgat ilindeki bütün AÖL'ler tek tek gezilmiş ve edebiyat öğretmenleri ile görüşülerek öğrenciler üzerinde anket veri toplama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. AÖL'erdeki öğrencilerin popüler romanlara ilgisi araştırılmış, hangi yazarları ve popüler romanları okudukları sorgulanmış, popüler romanları okuma nedenleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca popüler romanların öğrenciler üzerinde bıraktığı etkiler de araştırılmış ve sunulmuştur. The word ''popular'' used as populist in dictionary means like common, on the agenda, well-known. Popular novel is defined as the best seller and the novel on the agenda. These novels written by their author for more financial reason than aesthetic are quite simple and intelligible in terms of language, their topics are usually similar, they are the novel written in a short time and forgotten in a short time as well. Especially, when it is considered the mass readers are adolescents, the effects of the novel in question on the high school students are taken consideration with this work. The Anatolian Teacher Training High Schools students in Yozgat are chosen. In the selection of this high school, it is effective to give importance to the pedagogical education. The whole Anatolian Teacher Training High School in Yozgat is reached one by one and after negotiating with the Literature Teachers, the survey-data collecting method is applied on the students. It is seen that popular novels are read substantially in high schools. The interests of the students in the Anatolian Teacher Training High School, which authors and popular novels they have read and their reason to read the popular novels are searched. Also, the impacts of these novels on the students are searched and presented.
