dc.description.abstract | Al/PEDOT:PSS/Poly(Pentachlorophenyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) diyodun current-voltage (I-V) ve ultraviolet-visible (U-V) ölçümleri yapılarak elektronik ve optik özellikleri incelendi. I-V, lnI-V, logI-logV, ln(I/V)-V1/2 ile dV/dlnI ve H(I) grafikleri akım-voltaj ölçümleri kullanılarak çizildi ve bariyer yüksekliği (?b), idealite faktörü (n), ters doyma akımı (Io) ve seri direnç (Rs) gibi temel diyot parametreleri hesaplandı. I-V karakteristikleri termiyonik emisyon ve Cheung metodu kullanılarak incelendi. İdealite faktörü hesaplamaları her iki yöntemle de yaklaşık aynı sonuçları verdi. Termiyonik emisyon teorisine göre 6.070, Cheung yöntemine göre 7,644 olarak idealite faktörü hesaplandı. Al/PEDOT:PSS/Poly(Pentachlorophenyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) diyodunun U-V ölçümlerinden optik yasak enerji aralığı (Eg) hesaplandı ve 4,946 eV olarak bulundu. Eg'ye bağlı soğurma katsayısı hesaplandı. n ve k değerleri Yansıma ve İletim grafiğinden elde edildi. | |
dc.description.abstract | Electrical and optical properties of Al/Poly(pentachlorophenyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate)/PEDOT:PSS/ITO diode have been investigated using current-voltage (I-V) and ultraviolet-visible (U-V) measurements. I-V, lnI-V, logI-logV, ln(I/V)-V1/2, dV/dlnI and H(I) have been plotted by I-V measurements and the main diode parameters such as barrier height ?bo, ideality factor n, reverse saturation current Io and average series resistance Rs have been calculated. I-V characteristics have been investigated by applying thermionic emission theory and Cheung metod. The idealite factor calculations gave nearly same results. İdealite factor have been investigated by applying thermionic emission theory and Cheung method as 6.070 and 7.644 ? respectively. Optical band gap Eg have been calculated by using U-V measurements of Al/PEDOT:PSS/Poly(Pentachlorophenyl methacrylate-co-glycidyl methacrylate) diode and found as 4,946 eV. Absorption constant have been found depends on Eg. n and k constant have been obtaied by using Reflectance and Transmittance plot. | en_US |
