dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada 5-imino ve 5-alkiliden sübstitüe Rodanin bileşikleri, 1,3-tiyazolidin-4,5-dion bileşiklerinin Wittig reaksiyonları temel alınarak sentezlenmiştir. Buna ilave olarak asetil grubu içeren bir Rodanin türevi bileşiğin aldehitlerle kalkon türevleri elde edilmiştir. Reaksiyonlar hem yer-seçici hem de stereo-seçici olarak meydana gelmiştir. Sentezlenen yeni bileşikler moleküler spektroskopik metotlarla(IR, NMR, mikroanaliz) karakterize edilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, novel 5-imino and 5-alkylidene substituted Rhodanin compounds were synthesized based on Wittig reactions of 1,3-thiazolidine-4,5-dione derivatives. As well as, from the reactions of a new Rhodanin derivative containing acetyl group with aldehydes were prepared the chalcone derivatives of Rhodanin. The reactions were occurred both stereo- and region-selectively. The synthesized new compounds were characterized with molecular spectroscopic methods (IR, NMR, micro-analyze).en_US
