Türkiye`de yayılış gösteren Alyssum L. (Brassicaceae) cinsine ait bazı taksonların polen morfolojileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Brassicaceae familyasından Alyssum L. cinsine ait; A. linifolium Stephan ex. Willd. var. teheranicum Bornm., A. simplex Rudolph, A. trichocarpum T.R. Dudley & Hub.-Mor., A. armenum Boiss., A. praecox Boiss. & Bal., A. lepidoto-stellatum (Hausskn. & Bornm.) T.R. Dudley, A. sulphureum T.R. Dudley & Hub.-Mor., A. murale Waldst. & Kit., subsp. murale, A. pateri Nyar. subsp. pateri taksonları, palinolojik özellikleri açısından incelenmiştir. Bu taksonlara ait örnekler yapılan arazi çalışmalarında toplanmıştır. Bu cinse ait 9 takson ışık mikroskobu (IM) ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda polenlerin tektat, polen şekillerinin subprolat, prolat olması ve simetrinin heteropolar olması gibi bazı ortak özellikler bulunmuştur. Apertür tipi trikolpat. SEM mikrofotoğrafları da ornamentasyon yapılarının retikulat olduğunu göstermiştir.

In this research, the genera Alyssum L. A. linifolium Stephan ex. Willd. var. teheranicum Bornm., A. simplex (L.) Rothm., A. trichocarpum T.R. Dudley & Hub.-Mor., A. armenum Boiss., A. praecox Boiss. & Bal., A. lepidoto-stellatum (Hausskn. & Bornm.) T.R. Dudley, A. sulphureum T.R. Dudley & Hub.-Mor., A. murale Waldst. & Kit., subsp. murale, A. pateri Nyar. subsp. pateri of the family Brassicaceae, have been studied in terms of palynological properties. The specimens of these taxa were collected during the field surveys were investigated using Light Microscope (LM) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). As a result of this study some common traits of the taxa found out such as polen tectate, the pollen shapes being subprolate, prolate and the symmetry being heteropolar. the type of the aperture is tricolpate. The SEM microphotographs shows that the ornamentations are reticulate.
