İş sağlığı ve güvenliği algısı ve güvenlik iklimi ölçümü: İnegöl bölgesi mobilya sektörü çalışanları örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İnegöl bölgesindeki mobilya fabrikalarında çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği algıları ile güvenlik iklimi ölçümü yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla, İnegöl bölgesindeki mobilya fabrikalarında çalışanlara anket uygulanarak elde edilen veriler SPSS paket programında analiz edilmiş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Genel değerlendirmeye göre en yüksek değer elde edilen boyut `İşçilerin güvenlik önceliği ve riski kabul etmemesi durumu` olduğu görülmüştür. Bu sonuca göre işletmelerde çalışanların güvenliğe önem verdiği, riski kabul etmediği ve önceliği iş güvenliğine verdiği söylenebilir. İşyerlerinde yönetimin güvenlik algısı ve iş güvenliğine verdiği önem arttıkça çalışanların güvenlik bağlılığı artmakta ve güvenlik algısı yüksek olan çalışanlarında iş kazası geçirme olasılığının daha az olduğu söylenebilir. Çalışmanın içerisinde tespit edilen bu ve benzer önemli durumların iş hayatında uygulanması ile birçok olası iş kazasının engellenmesi beklenmektedir

In this study, occupational health and safety perceptions and safety climate of employees working in furniture factories in İnegöl region were measured. For this purpose, the data obtained from employees in furniture factories in İnegöl region were analyzed by using SPSS package program and the results were interpreted. According to the results obtained, it was seen that the highest value obtained was ve `Workers safety priority and risk insecurity` according to this result. it can be said that the employees in the enterprises give importance to safety, do not accept the risk and give priority to work security. As the importance of safety and security in the workplace, the employees increase the security commitment and the employees with high security perceptions are less likely to have an occupational accident. With the implementation of such important situations in business life, it is possible to prevent many possible work accidents.
