Z kuşağının iş yaşamından beklentileri konusunda bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı Z kuşağı bireylerinin iş yaşamından ideal kurum, ideal yönetici, ideal işte iletişim, takım çalışması, motivasyon, takım çalışması ve eğitim – gelişim konularında beklentilerini belirlemektir. Z kuşağı bireylerin bu hususlarda beklentileri sorgulanmış olup, verdikleri yanıtlar doğrultusunda analizleri yapılmıştır. Çalışma İstanbul ili, Beyoğlu ilçesinde ki okullar çevresinde Z kuşağı bireylerinin çokça vakit geçirdikleri kafe, pastane ve aktivite alanlarında 534 kişinin katılımı sonucunda anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilerek hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın tek bir ilçede gerçekleştirilmiş olması kısıtlarından biridir; bu sebeple elde edilen sonuçlar genelleştirilemeyebilir.

The purpose of this study is to determine the expectations of the Z generation of the individuals in terms of business ideal, ideal manager, communication in ideal work, team work, motivation, team work and education - development. The Z generation individuals were questioned in this respect and their analyzes were made in response to the answers they gave. The study was conducted by conducting a questionnaire survey on the attendance of 534 people in café, patisserie and activity areas where Z quarter individuals spend a lot of time in the vicinity of the schools in the district of Beyoğlu, İstanbul. One of the constraints is that the research was carried out in a single district; The results obtained for this reason may not be generalized.
