dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, özel okulda çalışan öğretmenlerde işten ayrılma niyeti yordayıcısı olarak iş-yaşam dengesi, çalışmaya tutkunluk konusunu ele almaktadır. Bu amaçla, iş-yaşam dengesi, çalışmaya tutkunluk, işten ayrılma niyeti gibi anahtar kelimeler tanımlanmıştır. Bu tez, özel okulda çalışan öğretmenlerde iş-yaşam dengesi, çalışmaya tutkunluk ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemekte ve öğretmenlerin işten ayrılma niyetinde iş-yaşam dengesi ve çalışmaya tutkunluk düzeylerinin etkisi olup olmadığını incelemektedir.Anahtar Kelimeler: İş-Yaşam Dengesi, Çalışmaya Tutkunluk, İşten Ayrılma Niyeti
dc.description.abstractThis study discusses the issue of work-life balance and work commitment as precursors of turnover intention of teachers in private schools. The words, such as work-life balance, work commitment, and turnover intention are defined as key words for this purpose.
