Özel okul öğretmenlerinde örgütsel stres ve örgütsel özdeşleşme

Abstract

Bu araştırma, özel okul öğretmenlerinin örgütsel stres ve örgütselözdeşleşmeleri arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyen nicel bir araştırmadır. Buaraştırmanın amacı, özel okul öğretmenlerinde örgütsel stres ve örgütselözdeşleşme arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Bu amaçla örgütsel stres ölçeği veörgütsel özdeşleşme ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler İstanbul ili Beşiktaş ilçesindebulunan özel okullarda görev yapan 243 kadın, 35 erkek, toplam 278öğretmenden toplanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler : Örgütsel Stres, Stres, Örgütsel Özdeşleşme

This is a quantitative study which is specifically concerned with correlation betweenorganisational stress and organisational identification of teachers in private schools.The aim of this study is to investigate the relation between organisational stress andorganisational identification of teachers in private schools. With this purpose, thescales of organizational stress and organizational identification were applied in thisstudy. The data for this study was collected from 243 females and 35 males in total278 teachers who are working in private schools located in Beşiktaş Province ofİstanbul.Key words: Organisational Stress, Stress, Organisational İdentification
