dc.description.abstractiv ÖZET Bu araştırmada insülin tedavisi uygulanan 25 Juvenil diabetli hasta, 25 oral antidiabetik tedavisi uygulanan Adult diabetli hasta grupları ile 50 sağlıklı kişi üzerinde; serum da, Amilaz, Alkalen fosfataz, Aspartat ve Alanin transaminaz enzimleri aktivite düzeyleri ile Glukoz, Kalsiyum, Fosfor, Klor, Sodyum ve Potasyum' un düzeyleri çalışılmıştır. Tip I diabetik grubun olguları kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldığında istatistiki olarak Amilaz, Alkalen fosfataz enzim aktivitelerinde (p<^0<,001) ve Glukoz düzeylerinde önemli artış (p^O.001), ASAT enzim aktivitesi (p^O.05) ile Potasyum düzeyinde önemli bir azalma (p/0.01), ALAT enzim aktivite düzeyi ile Fosfor, Kalsiyum, Klor, Sodyum düzeylerinde istatistiki bir farklılık görülmemiştir (p)0.05). Tip II diabetik grupta ise Amilaz, Alkalen fosfataz enzim aktiviteleri ile Glukoz düzeyinde (p/0.001) önemli artış, ASAT enzim aktivitesinde önemli bir azalış (p^ü.05), ALAT enzim düzeyi ile Fosfor, Kalsiyum, Klor, Sodyum ve Potasyum düzeyinde ise kontrol grubundan istatistiksel farklılık gözlenmemiştir (p^0o05).
V SUMMARY In this study, the level of the enzymes activities of Amilase, Alkaline phosphatdse, Aspartat and Alanin transami nase and the level of glucose, Calcium, Phosphor, Clor, Sodium and Potasium in the serum which were taken from 25 Juvenil diabetic patients that were insulin treated, 25 Adult diabe tic patient groups that were treated oral antidiabetic cure and 50 healthy people have been investigated,, When the results obtained the first type of diabetic patients compare to the results obtained control group as statistically, on the enzyme acticities of Amilase and Alka line phosphatase (p^O.001), the level of Glucose (p^O.001) the significant areasing, the enzyme activity of ASAT (p^O.05) and level of Potasium (p/0.01), the significant decreasing, the level of enzyme activities of ALAT and the level of Phosphor, Calcium, Clor and Sodium has been not seen (pSO.05). In the second type diabetic group obtained, there are a significant increasing on the enzymes activities of Amilase and Alkaline phosphatase and the level of Glucose (p^O.001), an important decrease on the ASAT enzyme activity (p/o.05). Any statistical difference from group of control on enzyme level of ALAT and the level of, phosphor, Calcium, Clor, Sodium and Potasium has been not observed (p/o.05) 0en_US
