Doç. Dr. Nevin Kanışkan 2001 Bu çalışmada 2-aminotiyazolin-4-on türevlerinin spektroskopik ve semiempirik yöntemlerle sulu ortamda asitük sabitlerinin hesaplanması, hem teorik hem de deneysel olarak incelenmiştir. Maddelerin asitlik sabitlerinin hesaplanması sırasında, bileşiklerin en kararlı tautom erik yapılan dagözönüne alınmıştır. 2-aminotiyazolin-4- on türevlerinin pro torılanm asında ve proton vermesinde sübstitüent etkileri incelenmiştir. AMI Hesaplama yöntemiyle bulunan pKa değerleri, deneysel yolla bulunan pKa değerleri, arasında uyum olduğu gözlenmiştir.. dc.description.abstractABSTRACT Master of Science Thesis DETERMINATION of ACIDITY CONSTANTS OF SOME 2-AMINOTHIAZOLIN-4-ONE DERIVATIVES AHU ÇELE Anadolu University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Science Chemistry Program Supervisor: Assist. Prof. Dr. Nevin Kanışkan 2001 We present an experimental and theoretical studies for the estimation of pKa values of some 2-aminothiazolin-4-one derivatives in aqueous solution by spectroscopic and semiempirical methods. When the pKa values of these compounds have been calculated both experimentally and theoretically the tautomeric equilibria was also considered, if available, to find out the most tautomers. The substituent effects on the protonation of 2-aminothiazolin-4-one derivatives were investigated by using the calculated and experimental pKa values. A good correlation between the calculated and experimental pKa values was observed.
