dc.description.abstractAfter being signed Mudros (Mondoros) Armistice, Allied Powers took action toapply the secret agrements in the period of Word War I. They sent the inspectors tocontrol istanbul and the other strategical cities. The control was realized in occupiyinglogic and by arbitrarilyGreat Britain occupied the strategical points of Otoman State on one sides, theyattempted to apply the articles of armistice by way of their inspectors. One of the fieldof activity was Black Sea district.The coast of Black Sea was very important for National Movement in Anatolia.This district was port of deporture for this movement. The connection with istanbul theanTIS transport and the aids from Russia was realized by way of this district. The targetof Great Britain was to help Pontus Rum activities, to prevent the propagation ofBolshevizm by controlling this district.istanbul Govennent tolerated toward this England activity but NationalMovement under the control of Mustafa Kemal Pasha, got organized, prevented theintelligence activities of Great Britain and realized the independent Turkeyen_US
