Abstract

After being signed Mudros (Mondoros) Armistice, Allied Powers took action toapply the secret agrements in the period of Word War I. They sent the inspectors tocontrol istanbul and the other strategical cities. The control was realized in occupiyinglogic and by arbitrarilyGreat Britain occupied the strategical points of Otoman State on one sides, theyattempted to apply the articles of armistice by way of their inspectors. One of the fieldof activity was Black Sea district.The coast of Black Sea was very important for National Movement in Anatolia.This district was port of deporture for this movement. The connection with istanbul theanTIS transport and the aids from Russia was realized by way of this district.
