Kordon kanı eritrosit membran lipid değerleri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada terminde normal doğum ağırlıklı, temrinde düşük doğum ağırlıklı ve prematUre yeni doğanların kordon kanı eritrosit membran lipidleri çalışılmıştır. Araştırmaya alınan vakalar üç grup içinde incelenmiştir. Birinci grup, 10 terminde normal doğum ağırlıklı yeni doğanı;:, ikinci grup 10 terminde düşük doğum ağırlıklı yeni doğanı ve üçüncü grup da 11 prematüre yeni doğanı kapsamaktadır. Her üç grubun kordon kanı örneklerinde 100 mi. hemolizatta lipid ve kolesterol miktarları, sf ingomyelin/lesitin oranları ve total lipidin yüzdesi olarak fosfolipid ve kolesterol oranları saptanmış ve elde edilen sonuçlar birbirleriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Doğum ağırlığı 2500 gramdan fazla olan terminde yeni doğanlar (total lipid = % 103.30+13.42 mg. ; total kolesterol = % 39.30+6 mg.), terminde düşük doğum ağırlıklı yeni doğanlara (total lipid = % 70.30+12.52 mg. ; total kolesterol = % 27.40+ 6.69 mg.) ve prematüre yeni doğanlara (total lipid = % 55.82+12.18 mg. ; total kolesterol = % 21.45+M.84 mg.) göre daha fazla total lipid ve kolesterol miktarlarına sahiptirler. Terminde yeni doğanların sf ingomyelin/lesitin oranı. (0.90+0.02) terminde düşük doğum ağırlıklı yeni doğandan (0.96T0.05) ve prematüre yeni doğanlardan (0.96+0.03) anlamlı olarak düşük bulunmuştur. Terminde yeni doğanların % kolesterol (37.99+2.85) ve % fosfor (2.11+0.18) değerleri terminde düşük doğum ağırlıklı {% kolesterol = 38.67+3.96 ; % fosfor =s % 2.12+0.14) ve prematüre yeni doğanlarla (% kolesterol = % 38.49+4.71 ; % fosfor = % 2.04+0.14) benzerdir. Gruplar arasında total lipidin yüzdesi olarak kolesterol ve fosfolipid değerleri bakımından anlamlı bir fark yoktur (p^0.05). Bu çalışma, membranın lipid dağılımı önemli ölçüde değişmemekle birlikte eritrosit moıubranı lipid komposizyonunun doğum kilosu ve gestasyonel yaşla değişebildiğin! düşündürmektedir.

The presenb study is undertaken to characterize the membrane lipid composition of erytrocytes from the cord blood of full term neonates, low birthweight term neonates, and preterm neonates. The subjects in the research have been studied in three groups. The first group consists of 10 full-term neonates, the second group 10 low birthweight term neonates and the third group 11 preterm neonates. The lipid and cholesterol content per 100 ml. packed cells, sphingomyelin'/ lecithin ratio and the percentage of total lipid as phospholipid and cholesterol ere determined in cord blood samples of each group and the findings are compared with each other. Full term neonates weighing more than 2500 g. at birth have increased total lipids and cholesterol (total lipid= % 103.30T13.42 mg, ; total cholesterol= % 39.3 0Ş8.00 mg. ) when compared with low birthweight term neonates (total lipid= % 70.30Î12.52 mg, ; total cholesterol= % 27.40*6.69 mg.) and preterm neonates (total lipid= % 55.82T12.18 mg.; total cholesterol= % 21.45+4.84 mg). The' ratio of sphingomyel in/lecithin in the full term neonates (0.9070.02) is significantly lower than the value of low birthweight t;erm neonates (0.96+0.05) and the value of preterm neonates (0.96+0.03). The percentage of total lipid as cholesterol and percentage of total lipid as phosphorus (P%) in the full term neonates (cholesterol % = 37.99T2.85; P% = 2.11+0.18) are similar to those in the low birthweight term infants (cholesterol % = % 38.67+° 3.96; P% = % 2.13+0.14) and preterm neonates (cholesterol % = % 38.49+ 4.71; P% = % 2.04+0.14). The percentage of total lipid as phospholipid and cholesterol do not differ significantly between the three groups (p^0.05). This study suggests that the erythrocyte stromal lipid composition varies with the birthweight and gestational age of the subject although membrane lipid distribution does not vary greatly.
