Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı`nın Mârifetnâme`sinde seyr u sülûk: manevî tekâmül yolu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada XVIII. yüzyıl Osmanlı âlim, sûfî ve şairlerinden biri olan Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı'nın Mârifetnâme adlı ansiklopedik eserinde insanın manevî gelişim süreci (seyr u sülûk) ile ilgili olarak ortaya koymuş olduğu düşünceler tespit edilip değerlendirilmiştir.Çalışmanın Birinci Bölüm'ünde İbrahim Hakkı Hazretleri'nin hayatı, eserleri ve tasavvufî kişiliği hakkında bilgi verilmiş, Mârifetnâme tanıtılarak muhtevasına değinilmiştir. İkinci Bölüm'de Mârifetnâme'de benliğin arındırılma süreci olarak değerlendirdiğimiz seyr u sülûkun nazarî temelleri ve pratik uygulamalar âfâkî ve enfüsî seyr başlıkları altında işlenmiş daha sonra sülûkun şartları, manevî tekâmüle yardımcı fiiller ve sülûkun nihayeti olan mârifetullah ve muhabbetullah konularına değinilmiştir.İbrahim Hakkı Hazretleri bir mârifetullah kitabı olarak yazdığı Mârifetnâme'de kâinat-insan ilişkisini izah ederken kâinatı `âlem-i ekber` yani büyük âlem, insanı ise, `âlem-i asgar` yani kâinatın özeti ve küçültülmüş hali olarak değerlendirmiş, her iki âlemde de Allah'ın varlık ve birliğini, azamet ve kudretini gösteren benzer tecellilerin olduğuna vurgu yapmıştır.İbrahim Hakkı'ya göre insan ancak seyr u sülûk-i âfâkî ve seyr u sülûk-i enfüsî olarak değerlendirdiği manevî gelişim safahatını gerçekleştirmekle, hem kâinattaki hem de kendindeki esmâ ve sıfat tecellilerine şahidlik ederek mârifetullaha erişebilir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Erzurumlu İbrahim Hakkı, Mârifetullah, Seyr u sülûk, Seyr u sülûk-i âfâkî, Seyr u sülûk-i enfüsî, Tasavvuf.

In this study, one of the 18th century Ottoman scholars, Sûfi and poets, İbrahim Hakkı's thoughts of the human beings revealed in his encyclopaedic work Mârifetnâme in relation to their spiritual development process (sülûk) were determined and evaluated.In the first part of the study, information about the life, works and mystical personality of İbrahim Hakkı was given; and Mârifetnâme was introduced and its content was mentioned. In the second part, the process that we consider as the purification process of the self in Mârifetnâme the theoretical foundations and practical applications of spiritual development process were discussed under the headings of âfâkî and enfüsî seyr. Then, the conditions of the pheasant, the acts that assist the spiritˉual evolution, and the subject of the pheasant and mârifetullah and muhabbetullah-the last of the spiritual development process were mentioned.İbrahim Hakkı explained the universe-human relationship in Mârifetnâme, which he wrote as a book of mârifetullah, considering the universe as `world-i akbar`, the great world, and the human being as `world-as-minimum`, the summary and diminished version of the universe. He emphasized that there are similar manifestations in both worlds that show God's existence and oneness, grandeur and might.According to İbrahim Hakkı, only by realizing the spiritual development which he considers as seyr u sülûk-i âfâkî and seyr u sülûk-i enfüsî, one can access the mârifetullah by witnessing the esma and adjective manifestations available both in him and universe.Keywords: İbrahim Hakkı from the province of Erzurum, Marifetullah, Seyr u suluk, seyr u suluk-i afaki, seyr u suluk-i enfusi, Sûfism.
