F.M.Dostoyevski ve A.H. Tanpınar`da Ötekileşme

Abstract

Ötekileşme sorunsalı insanoğlunun varoluş serüveniyle başlayan ve kendi dünyasında çözümlemeye çalıştığı bir meseledir. Bu sorunsalın karmaşık ve gizemli bir yapıya sahip olması onun muhtelif disiplinler dâhilinde değerlendirilmesine neden olmuştur. Psikolojiden, felsefeye, mitolojiden sosyolojiye kadar pek çok alanda değerlendirmelerin ana konusu olarak dikkat çekilmiştir. Edebiyat disiplininde de yazarların mitolojik, mitopoetik, psikolojik, psikopatolojik, felsefi, etik ve estetik gibi farklı bakış açılarıyla ötekileşme konusuna eserlerinde yer verdikleri görülür. Bu bağlamda Rus ve Türk yazın dünyasının iki önemli ismi Dostoyevski ve Tanpınar'ın iki büyük eseri Karamazov Kardeşler (Братья Карамазовы) ve Huzur romanı `ötekileşme` sorunsalı odağında incelememize esas alınmıştır. Mukayeseli bir yaklaşım sergilenerek her iki eserin başkahramanı `İvan` ve `Mümtaz`, ötekileşmeye maruz kalan karakterler olarak incelenecek; karakterlerin ötekileşmesine neden olan rasyonel ve ruh dengelerindeki bozukluklar, iç dünyalarındaki ikilemler, benlik bölünmeleri ve kişilik parçalanmaları gibi unsurlar değerlendirilecektir.

Othering is a matter that starts with the adventure of existence of human beings and try to solve in their own world. The fact that this problem has a complex and mysterious structure has led to its evaluation within various disciplines. It has been noted as the main subject of evaluations in many fields from psychology to philosophy, from mythology to sociology. In the discipline of literature, it is seen that the authors place the subject of otherness in their works with different perspectives such as mythological, mythopoetic, psychological, psychopathological, philosophical, ethical and aesthetic. In this context, the two major works of Dostoevsky and Tanpinar, two important names of the world of Russian and Turkish literature, are based on the focus of The Brothers Karamazov (Братья Карамазовы) and A Mind at Peace within the problem of `othering`. `Ivan` and `Mumtaz` will be examined as protagonist who are subjected to otherness; elements such as disorders in rational and psyche balances, dilemmas in the inner world, self divisions and personality disintegration that cause the characters to become otherized will be evaluated.
