Üzerine yiv açılan ortotropik çubuklarda eksenel yükleme durumunda meydana gelen gerilme konsantrasyonunun incelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada; üzerine dairesel yiv açılmış ortotropik çu buklarda, gerilme yığılma katsayıları incelenmiştir. Çu buğun eksenel yönde simetrik ve tekil yükle yüklenme du rumunda meydana gelen gerilmelerin analizi, izoparametrik sonlu elemanlar metodu kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Problemin çözümü için, dokuzar düğümlü dörtgen elemanlar kullanılmıştır. Eleman sayısı çubuğun geometrik yapısına uygun olarak seçilmiştir. Bilgisayar uygulamasında nüme rik integrasyon için Gauss formülleri kullanılmıştır. Değişik malzemelerden yapılan ortotropik. çubuklar için gerilme analizinin neticeleri ile gerilme yığılması kat sayıları; çubuk üzerine açılan yiv yarıçapına bağlı ola rak düzenlenen grafiklerle verilmiştir. - ı - *

ABSTRACT In this study, the stress concentration factors in orthot opic bars with a circular groove are investigated. In the case of the concentrated loading of the axial sym metric bar, the analysis of the stresses are studied by using the isoparametric finite element method. The rectangular elements with nine nodes are used in solving this stress problem. The number of the elements is selected by considering the geometry of the bars. Gauss formulae are used in the computer program for nu merical integration. The results of the stress analysis for orthotropic bars obtained from various materials and the stress concentra tion factors are presented in the graphical form corres ponding with the groove radius on the bar. - 11 -
