İzmir ili ve çevresindeki bazı endemik türler üzerinde anatomik, morfolojik ve sitotaksonomik araştırmalar

Abstract

ÖZET Bu araştırmada Batı Anadolu'da yayılış gösteren Alyssum erosulum Gennar and Pestal, Alyssum fulvescens Sibth and Sm var Stellatocarpum ve Mar rub iu m rotundif oliu.m Boiss, Euphorbia anacampseros Boiss var. anacompseros, türleri nin anatomik, morfolojik ve sitotaksonomik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Araştırma konusu kapsamına aldığımız bu dört endemik tü rün tesbit edilen özellikleri literatürde yer almadığı ve incelenmediği dikkate alınarak ilk kez tarafımızdan ele alınmıştır. Orjinal şekil ve bulgular metinde belirtil miştir. Türlerin morfolojik özelliklerinin DAVIS (1965,1985) veri lerine uygunluk gösterdiği tesbit edilmiştir. Alyssum erosulum Gennar and Pestal türünün gövde özü parankimatik hücrelerden ibaret olduğu halde Alyssum fulvescens Sibth and Sm var. Stellatocarpum türünde bariz öz boşluğu oldu ğu tesbit edilmiştir. Ayrıca her iki türün yaprak anato mic! az çok farklılık göstermektedir. İncelenen dört tür sitotaksonomik yönden ilk kez incelen miş ve türlerin kromozom sayıları tesbit edilmiştir. Alyssum erosulum Gennar and Pestal türünün 2n=14, Alyssum fulvescens Sibth and Sm var. stellatocarpum türünün 2n=32, Euphorbia anacampseros Boiss. var. anacampseros türünün 2n=20 ve Marrubium rotundifolium Boiss türünün ise 2n=30 kromozoma sahip olduğu tesbit edilmiştir.

SUMMARY In this research, the anatomical, morphological and cytotaxonomical characteristics of the species of Alyssum erosulum &ennar and Pestal, Alyssum fulvescens Sibth Sm. var. S t e 1 lat o car pum, Euphorbia anacampseros Boiss var. anacampseros and Marrubium rotundifolium Boiss. distributed in the western Ânatolia have been studied. Since the characteristics of these 4 endemic species which we have taken as a subject to study haven't taken place in the literature and studied before, we have studied it for the first time. The original figures and findings are put in our text. The morphologic characteristics of species are seen, as those determined by DAVIS (1965-1985) while pith of the stem Alyssum erosulum trennar and Pestal consists of paranchymatic cells, inside of the Alyssum fulvescens Sibth and Sm. variety stellatocar-pum species is seen quite hollow. Besides, both species show very little difference in anatomy of their leaves. These four species are studied on the aspect of cytotaxonomic for the first time by us and the chromosome number of these species are determined as follows. Alyssum fulvescens Sibth and Sm var. stellatocarpum has 2n=32, Euphorbia anacampseros Boiss. var. anacampseros has 2nr: 20, Marrubium rotundifolium Boiss, has 2n-30,' Alyssum erosulum Gennar and Pestal 2n=14 cromosomes.
