`MRP` material requirements planning initial strategy to implement to `MRPII` manufacturing resources planning including an application of structuring the bill of material and associated coding system

Abstract

ÖZET Bu tezin amacı Malzeme İhtiyaç Planlama (MİP) tasarısı için yön tem belirlemektir. Bilgisayar destekli MİP uygulamalarında üç yöntem vardır. Birincisi standart yazılımların kullanılması. ikincisi ürün ağacı işlemcisi gibi bazı standart yazılış birimlerinin kullanılmasıdır, üçüncüsü ise uygulanacak firmanın özelliklerine göre ayrı bir yazılım geliştirmektir. Bu tezde MRP II yaklaşımı kullanılarak üçüncü yöntem gerçeklenmiştir.

âBSTRACT The objective of this thesis is to design of an approach for a Material Requirements Planning (MRP) implementation. In computerized MRP implementation generally three possible approaches are available. The first one is the use of a standard available packages second one is the use of sodular standard packages such as Bill of Material Processors and the third one is to design a unique software according to the characteristics of the company in question. In this thesis the third one is applied by using MRPII (Material Resource Planning) approach.
