Maden işletmelerinde üretim maliyetlerinin analizi ve kar maksimizasyonu

Abstract

Madencilik sektöründeki üretim girdileri, diğer sektörlere göre incelendiğinde çok daha fazla kalemden oluşmakta ve parasal açıdan ciddi rakamlara ulaşmaktadır. Bu sebeptendir ki; ülkemizde uzun yıllardır maden işletmeleri, hep devlete ait kurumlardan oluşmaktaydı. Yeni bir maden işletmesi kurmak özel sektör için çokta fazla cazip olmamaktaydı. Gerek İlk yatırım açısından gerekse üretim maliyetleri açısından başa çıkılması zor bir iş koluydu. Son yıllarda gelişen üretim teknolojileri, özellikle ülkemizde bulunan yer altı ve yer üstü zenginliklerine olan dış piyasaların talebi ve de sektörün sağlamış olduğu yüksek katma değer, hem yerli hem de yabancı yatırımcının büyük yatırımlar planlamasına ve ülkemizde hatırı sayılır bir madencilik sektörünün oluşmasına yol açmıştır. İlk zamanlarda madencilerin gözünü korkutan bu maliyet kalemleri ve bu maliyet kalemlerinin büyüklükleri, aslında çokta karışık olmayan, etkili ve güçlü analiz yöntemleriyle başa çıkılır bir hal almaya başlamıştır. Bu tezde kullanılan ?PARETO ANALİZİ? bu anlattığımız etkili analiz yöntemlerinden sadece bir tanesidir.

The production inputs in mining industry consist of much more components than the ones in any other industries and their costs are higher than the ones in other industries. Due to this reason for many years mining industry possessed and operated by the Turkish State Establishments. To establish a new mining company was not interesting for private sector for many years because due to the high investments values and high production costs, requiring vey high capitals. But recently with growing new production technologies, the high demads to the minerals from the foreign markets and the high value added in this sector, encourage many foreign and domestic investors to plan big mining investments and consequently a fast growing sector started to happen. The former frightening production inputs and high costs are now becoming more easy and simple to cope with by using powerful and effective analysis techniques nowadays. ?THE PARETO ANALYSIS? explained in this thesis, is one of the effective analysis techniques mentioned above.
