| dc.description.abstract | Kliniğimize diş ağrısı ile müracaat eden ve yapılan muayenelerinde sinüs patolojisinden şüphe edilen 112 has taya ortopan tomogram ve Waters pnsn aynmmda fi 1 mi er çektik*. Bu filmler iki radyolog tarafından çift körleme yön temiyle değerlendirildi. Maksiller sinüslerin mukozal kalınlaşması ve kistik oluşumlarda ortopantomogramm patolojiyi daha iyi lokalize ettiği görüldü. Total ve kajemi aerasyon azlığında Waters po* zisyonunda çekilen sinüs filmlerinin ortopantomogramdan da ha üstün olduğu tesbit edildi. Sonuç olarak maksiller sinüs patolojisinde ortopanto- mogram, Waters pozisyonunun yerini alan bir teknik değildir. Bu iki teknik birbirini tamamlamaktadır. | |
