Küçük ölçekli portatif yapıların ve mobil sağlık yapılarının mimaride kullanımı baz alınarak prototip bir aile sağlığı merkezi tasarlanması

Abstract

Yapı inşa etme sanatının ilk keşfedildiği günden bugüne dek birçok malzeme ve teknik geliştirilmiştir. Bu malzeme ve teknikler artık geçici yapılarda da kullanılmaktadır. Gelişen dünyamızda ticari olarak üretilen sökülüp takılabilir binalar birçok alanda kullanılmaktadır.Bu çalışmanın ana amacı; küçük ölçekli portatif yapıların ve mobil sağlık yapılarının mimarideki kullanımını incelemek ve elde edilen sonuç üzerinden afet durumunda kullanılabilecek bir aile sağlığı merkezi prototipi tasarlanmasıdır. Aynı zamanda nüfusun hızlı artışı ve insanların sağlık hizmetlerine duydukları ihtiyaç göz önüne alındığında; mevcut sağlık yapılarının dönüştürülmesine ve geliştirilmesine bir temel oluşturmaktır.Birinci bölümde, portatif strüktürlerin ve mobil sağlık yapılarının ortaya çıkışı, bu çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve yöntemi belirtilmiş ve portatif mimarlık hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir.İkinci bölümde ise, portatif strüktürlerin ve mobil sağlık yapılarının tanımı ve tarihçesi anlatılmış, doğal afetlerde kullanılan portatif mimarlık örneklerinin önemi vurgulanmış, ardından yapısal özelliklerine göre sınıflandırılmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde, portatif strüktürlerin ve mobil sağlık birimlerin yapısal özellikleri ve işlevleri göz önüne alınarak dünyanın değişik ülkelerindeki örnekler detaylı bir biçimde incelenmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde ise, bu yapıların karşılaştırılması ve taşıyıcı sistem analizi yapılmıştır. Afet yapılarının özellikleri de irdelenerek, prototip bir sağlık merkezi tasarımına taban oluşturulmuştur.Beşinci bölümde, prototip aile sağlığı merkezinin tasarım ilkeleri anlatılmıştır. Bu tasarım, kullanılan malzemeler ve boyutları, plan, kesit, cephe ve detay çizimleri ile desteklenmiştir.Sonuç bölümünde ise, çalışma kapsamında elde edilen tüm bulgulara dayanarak küçük ölçekli portatif yapıların ve mobil sağlık yapılarının mimarideki kullanımının tercih edilmesinin sebepleri açıklanmış, afet durumunda kullanılabilecek bir aile sağlığı merkezi prototipi tasarlanması ya da mevcut sağlık yapılarının dönüştürülmesine ve geliştirilmesine bir temel oluşturan tasarımın uygunluğu vurgulanmış, konuyla ilgili öneriler sunulmuştur.

Since the day the art of construction was discovered until today, various materials and techniques have been developed. These materials and techniques are now being used in ad-hoc structures. In our developing world, the demountable structures produced for commercial purposes are used in many fields.The purpose of this study is to examine the use of small scale portable structures and mobile health structures in architecture, and to form a basis with the data acquired, for the design of a prototype health center for emergency situations, or for the transformation and improvement of current health care centers. Due to the rapid increase in population and the demand for health care services, health structures can benefit from the research that has been carried out.The first part of this study includes the emergence of portable structures and mobile health structures, the general purpose of this study, its scope and method, and general information about portable architecture.In the second part, the definition and the history of mobile health structures and portable structures are presented. The examples of portable architecture used during emergency situations are mentioned and the classification of these examples in terms of their structural features is made.In the third part, successful examples from different parts of the world are examined in detail considering the structural features and functions of the portable structures and mobile health structures.The fourth part includes the comparison of these structures and the analysis of the carrier system. By examining the emergency situation structures, a basis for the design of a prototype health center is formed.In the fifth part, design principles for a prototype health care center are explained. This design is supported with the materials utilized and their dimensions and the drawings of the plan, section and façade, and the detail drawings.In the conclusion part, the reasons for the preference for the use of small scale portable structures and mobile health structures in architecture are explained based on all the finding of the study. The convenience of the design that forms a basis for the transformation and improvement of the current health centers and the design of a prototype health care center for emergency situations is stressed and the suggestions related to the topic are presented.
