Erzurum il merkezinde 15-49 yaş grubu annelerin sağlık ocakları tarafından verilen ana çocuk sağlığı hizmetlerini kullanma durumları ve etkileyen faktörler

Abstract

V ÖZET Bu araştırma, Erzurum il merkezindeki 15-49 yaş grubu annelerin sağlık ocakları tarafından verilen ana-çocuk sağlığı hizmetlerini kullanma durumları ve etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel nitelikte planlanıp uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Erzurum il merkezinde 9 sağlık ocağına kayıtlı, 0-6 yaş grubu çocuğu bulunan anneler oluşturmaktadır. Bu sağlık ocakları birer küme olarak kabul edilmiş ve basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemiyle her kümenin %3 örnekleme alınmıştır. Araştırma toplam 758 anne üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Veriler anket formu ile toplanmış, değerlendirmede yüzdelik ve ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda; sağlık ocakları annelerin büyük bir çoğunluğu tarafından (%76.5) kullanıldığı halde ana-çocuk sağlığı hizmetleri için sağlık ocağını kullanma oranı düşük bulunmuştur. Araştırma kapsamına alınan annelerden %64.9'unun antenatal bakım hizmetini kullandığı, annelerden %77.7'sinin son canlı doğumlarını hastanede yaptığı saptanırken, lohusalık hizmeti alan anne oranının (%26.9) oldukça düşük olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Kontraseptif yöntem kullanan (%72.2) annelerden; %63.2'sinin etkin kontraseptif yöntem, %36.8'inin ise etki derecesi sınırlı kontraseptif yöntem kullandığı saptanmıştır. Ebe-hemşirelerin ev ziyaretinde verdiği hizmetler içerisinde %89.3 oranı ile kayıt tutma ilk sırada bulunurken, gebe (%61.2), çocuk (%37.6) ve lohusa (%26.9) izlemi düşük oranda bulunmuştur. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara yönelik çeşitli öneriler getirilmiştir.

VI SUMMARY Utilization Conditions of The Maternal Child Health Services Offered by Public Health Centers by Mothers Aged 15-49 Living in The Provincial Center of Erzurum and The Affecting Factors on The Utilization. Mothers with children at the age range of 0-6 years and recorded at 9 public health service stations in the provincial center of Erzurum were included in this research. Each of these health centers was considered to be a single set and 3% sampling was applied in every set by simple random sampling method. The research was conducted on a total of 758 mothers. The data were collected by questionnaires; percentage, and ki-square tests were used for evaluations. It was found at the end of the research that a great majority of mothers (76,5%) utilized the health centers but the rate of utilization of these health centers was low regarding the utilization for maternal and child health services. It was determined that, of the mothers included in the study, 64.9% utilized prenatal care, 77.7% practiced their last alive births but that the rate of the mothers receiving postnatal service was rather low(26.9%). It was determined that, of the mothers utilizing contraseptive method(72.2%), 63.2% applied active contraseptive method, and 36.8% utilized functionally limited contraseptive method. It was also found that among the services offered by nurses and midwives during their home-visits, recording was at the first order with a rate of 89.3% and the follow-up services for pregnants (61.2%), children (37.6%), and postnatal (26.9%) were low. Several suggestions were made regarding the results obtained from the study.
