Erzurum şehir merkezindeki mobilya atölyelerinde çalışan işçilerde ve sağlam şahıslarda serum ALP, LDH, GGT, AST, ALT, ve 5`ND enzim seviyelerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

IV ÖZET Bu çalışmada, Erzurum şehir merkezindeki mobilya atölyelerinde çalışan 98 işçi ile toksik ajanlardan uzak 80 normal şahısta, karaciğer fonksiyon testlerinden olan ALP, LDH, GGT, AST, ALT ve S'-ND enzim seviyeleri tespit edilmiştir. Çalışan grub ile kontrol grubunun tüm fertlerinin istatistiksel analizinde ALP, LDH, GGT, AST, ALT ve 5'-ND enzimlerinde anlamlı artışlar gözlenmiştir (P<0.001). Çalışan işçi grubu kendi arasında 1-3, 4-8, 9-16 ve 17-33 yıl süreli çalışma zaman dilimine bölünerek birbirleriyle mukayesesi yapıldığında; 1-3 yıl süreli grup ile 4-8, 9-16 ve 17-33 yıl süreli çalışan grupların ve 4-8 yıl süreli çalışan gurup ile 9-16 ve 17-33 yıl süreli çalışan grupların mukayeselerinde, ALP enziminde farklılıklar görülmemiştir. Bunun sebebi; bu çalışan grupların içerisindeki fertlerin 14-20 yaş grubunu oluşturan bireylerin, kemik gelişimi süreci içerisinde olmalarından ALP seviyeleri normalin çok üzerinde seyredecektir. 9-16 yıl süreli çalışan grup ile 17-33 yıl süreli çalışan grubun mukayesesinde ALP'de (p<0.01) seviyesinde artış gözlenmiştir. Diğer enzimlerden LDH, GGT, AST ve ALT ise çalışma süresinin ve toksik maruziyetin artmasına bağlı olarak istatistiksel analizlerinde (pO.001, p<0.01, p<0.05) seviyelerinde farklılıklar gözlenmiştir. 5`-ND enziminde ise toksik maruziyet süresinin artmasıyla, akut dönemdeki etkilenme kronik safhaya göre daha fazla olmaktadır. Sonuç olarak; toksik ajanlara maruz kalan bireylerin maruziyet süresinin artmasına bağlı olarak, vücutlarında bir takım enzimlerin aktivitelerinde değişmeler olduğunu tespit ettik.

V SUMMARY In this study, ALP, LDH, GGT, AST, ALT and 5'-ND, which are liver function tests, were performed on 98 workers working furniture workshops in industry area and city center and 80 control subjects were involved in this study who have not been exposed to any toxic agents. All study measured enzymes ALP, LDH, GGT, AST, ALT and 5-ND were significantly higher in study group than control group (p<0,001). The study group was divided into four subgroups according to the working duration of the subjects in that industry, and the data obtained from each group were statistically compared. The results showed no difference in ALP levels between the second, third and fourth groups. Since there were young peoples in the third group and they were in the period of bone development, their ALP levels may have been higher than normal level. In the comparasion of the third group the fourth one, significant increase (p<0,01) in ALP level was found. Significant differences and different statistical levels depending on the increase of toxic exposure were observed in the other enzymes. The effect of acute period was more than chronic period in 5'-ND enzymes when toxic exposure period increased. Finally, we have obtained the results that individuals who were exposed to toxic agents over the time exhibited changing enzyme activities.
