İşletme yönetiminde ekip çalışmasında karşılaşılan sorunlar ve çözüm yolları

Abstract

ÖZET Örgütlerde grup davranışının incelenmeye başladığı döneme dek uzanan bir geçmişe sahip olan, son yıllarda ise giderek artan düzeyde önem kazanan ekip çalışması, örgütlerin amaçlarına ulaşma ve verimliliklerini artırma yol unda yararlandıkları araçlardan birisi haline gelmiştir. Taşıdığı bu önem dikkate alındığında çalışmanın amacı, örgütlerde ekip çalışmasının yerini ve kapsamını belirlemek ve çalışmada karşılaşılan güçlükleri saptamaktır. Üç temel ayrımda ele alman konu, ilk bölümde kavramın tanıtımı, yönetim düşüncesinin gelişme sürecindeki yeri ve bu süreçte bugün geldiği yer açısından incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, öncelikle ekip oluşturma süreci ekip ve ekip çalışması türleri ile ekip çalışmasında kullanılan araçlar tanıtılmıştır. Daha sonra ise ekip çalışmasının başarısını etkileyen faktörlerle birlikte, ekip çalışmasında karşılaşılan başlıca sorunlara değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise İzmir'deki iki ayrı işletmede orta düzey yöneticilerinin oluşturduğu ekipler üzerinde yapılmış olan anket çalışmasına yer verilmiş ve elde edilen sonuçlar değerlendirilerek, çözüm yolları geliştiril miştir.

ABSTRACT Team work which has been increasingly important in recent years and dated back to the times when group behaviour newly studied in the organizations has become one of the means which organizations utilize in order to increase their productivity and to achieve their goals. Considering the important role it plays the purpose of this study is to establish the context and the field of the te am work in the organizations and the determine the adversities which can be encountered in this process. The subject matter that we deal with in three differet major sections has been studied in view of 1-the definition (description) of the concept, 2-of the importance of the management phenomenon in the process of de velopment, 3-and of the achievement that the team work has so far reached. In the second section, we have attempted to define the process of forming te ams, types of teams and team work and the means and methods which are used in the team work. Later, the factors which can determine the performan ce of the team work have been described as well as the questions which can be met in the course of team work. In the third and final section the survey has been examined which was con ducted on team of the executive in the two different companies in Izmir, as sociated results of the survey have been evaluated and the possible solutions have been developed.
