İzmir`de Cumhuriyet Halk Fırkası`nın kuruluşu ve teşkilatlanması (1923-1938)

Abstract

İzmir'de Cumhuriyet Halk Fırkası'nın kurulması ve teşkilatlanmasını incelediğim tez çalışmamda, ilk olarak Cumhuriyet Halk Fırkası'nın kurulma süreci ve İzmir'de fırka kadrosunun tespiti süreci aktarıldı.İzmir'de fırka teşkilat kadrosunun çalışmalarının ele alındığı ikinci bölümde ise, İzmir'in işgalden sonra yeniden imarı, 1924 yılı belediye seçimlerinde fırka teşkilat faaliyetleri, TpCF eşliğinde gerçekleşen ilk muhalefet denemesi ve ara seçimler incelendi.Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkası muhalefetinde gerçekleşen 1930 belediye seçimlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü bölümden sonra ise il başkanlarının 1938 yılına kadar olan faaliyetleri aktarıldı. Hacı Hüseyin Öklem başkanlığında faaliyetlerine başlayan Cumhuriyet Halk Fırkası, İzmir teşkilatı başkanlık koltuğu 1938 yılına kadar yedi defa değişmiş, bu değişikliklerin bazıları olağan kongreler sonucu ve merkez kararlarıyla gerçekleşirken, bazıları' da Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkası'nın İzmir'de yarattığı etkili muhalefetin sonucudur.Giriş ve sonuç bölümlerinin dışında altı bölümden oluşan tez çalışmam, il başkanlarının görev süreleri temel alınarak bölümlere ayrılırken, bu bağlamda bölümler il başkanlarının görev süreleri ve bu süreçteki faaliyetleri temel alınarak değerlendirildi. In my thesis I've examined İzmir Republıcan People's Party establishment and its governance, at first I conveyed Republıcan People's Party Establishment process and then I extracted the period of detection of cadre in İzmir's Party.In the second chapter of my thesis in which I deal with İzmir People's Party cadre Works, İzmir's reconstruction after its occupation, and in 1924, (at the period of the elections of municipality) party's governance activities were examined. Besides these with the accompany of TpCF first opposition experiment and midterm elections were examined.In the third chapter of my thesis in 1930; municipality elections were narrated in which Free Republican Party opposition had occurred. In the next chapter the other facilities were narrated during the period of 1938. People's party president was Hacı Hüseyin Öktem and the activities were started under the presidency of Hacı Hüseyin Öktem. İzmir Governance President seat were changed 7 times. These seats were changed because of the result of the effective opposition of the Free Republican Party in Izmir and also some of these changes were made at the conclusion of regular conventions and central decisions.In addition to the introduction and conclusion parts, I conducted a six-part thesis study. The departments are divided into departments on the basis of the mandates of the provincial presidents, in this context the departments are evaluated on the basis of the mandatory periods of provincial presidents and their activities in this process.Local elections, parliamentary elections and party conventions were expressed in this context.Keywords: CHF, The Republican People's Party, Halk Party, İzmir People's Party Governance, Political History of İzmir, İzmir Elections
