Brusellozun serolojik tanısında uygulanılan Wright aglütinasyon, Rose-Bengal ve Coombs testlerinin karşılaştırılması

Abstract

SUMMARY Comparison of WAT, RBPT and Coombs test in serodiagnosis of Brucellosis Between 11.08.1994 and 10.02.1995 at Erciyes Univcsty Medical Faculty Gevher Nesibe Hospital's Center Laboratory of Serology Unit, a total of 2295 patients suspected of brucellosis sera were examined by Wright agglutination test for Brucella antibodies. In 255 (11.1 %) of 2295 patients sera were determined Brucella antibodies with WAT. 208 (81.6 %) of 255 seropositive sera samples were found positive by RBPT. 189 sera were found seropositive by WAT in titers ranging 1/10- 1/160 were examined by Coombs test. And so 156 (82.5 %) sera remained at the same titer, 30 (15.85 %) sera samples gave one titer pick, 2 (1.05 %) sera samples gave two titers pick and 1 (0.06 %) sera sample gave 4 titers pick.34 WAT ve Coombs ile Brucella antikoru yönünden seronegatif saptanan 100 serum örneği RB tarama testi ile çalışıldı. Üç serumda R3 testi pozitif bu lundu. Coombs ve WAT standart düşünüldüğünde RB testinin özgüllüğü % 97, duyarlılığı % 81.6, kullanılabilirlik oranı % 87.8 olarak belirlendi.
