Gastroenteritli olgularda enterik patojenlerin ve escherichia coli 0157:H7 serotipinin araştırılması

Abstract

ÖZET Gastroenteritli Olgularda Enterik Patojenlerin ve Escherichia Coli 0157:H7 Serotipinin Araştırılması Haziran - Kasım 1993 tarihleri arasında Erciyes Üniversitesi Gevher Nesibe Araştırma ve Uygulama Hastanesi ve Kayseri Devlet Hastanesi poliklinik ve kliniklerine ishal şikayeti ile başvuran 510 hastanın gaita örnekleri bakteriyolojik olarak E. coli 0157:H7 izolasyonu yönünden incelendi, örneklerin üçünde (% 0.5) enterohemorajik E. coli izole edildi. Ayrıca çalışmamızda entero patojen bakterilerden Shigella sp %2.5, Salmonella sp %0.8, enteropatojen protozoonlardan E. histolytica %7.6 ve G.intestinalis %3.7 olarak saptandı. SUMMARY Investigation of Esherichia Coli 0157:H7 Serotype and Enteric Pathogens in Cases with Gastroenteritis investigation of E.coli 0157:H7 serotype in children and adults with gastroentheritis in Kayseri. The stool samples of 510 patients who applied to Erciyes University Gevher Nesibe Hospital and Kayseri Government Hospital for having diarrhea complaints were examined bacteriologically in aspects of isolation of E.coli 0157:H7 Beetweenjune 1993 and Nowember 1993, Among these samples, E.coli 0157:H7 was isolated in 3 (0.5 %) of 510. In our study, as enteropatogenic bacteria and parasit Shigella sp 2.5%, Salmonella sp 0.8%, 7.6% Entamoeba histolytica and 3.7% Giardia intestinalis were found respectively.
