dc.description.abstractANKARA TAVŞANLARINDA PANKREAS'IN ANATOM S VE ARTER YELVASKULAR ZASYONUÖZETBu çalışmada, cinsiyet ayrımı gözetmeksizin 12 adet erişkin Ankara tavşanı kullanıldı. Pankreas vearterlerini makroananatomik incelemek amacıyla materyallerin 6'sında latex, 4'ünde akrilikenjeksiyonu ile kast yöntemi, 2'sinde ise baryum sülfat'lı röntgen uygulandı.Ankara tavşanında pankreas'ın, cavum abdominis'de, median hattın sağında ve duodenum'un parsdescendens'i ile pars ascendens'i arasında yerleştiği, son thoracal ile ikinci lumbal vertebra arasındabulunduğu belirlendi. Pankreas'ın ortalama 3,19 gr ağırlığında, küçük dağınık lopçuklardanmüteşekkil, kahverengi-açık pembe renginde ve yağ doku ile kaplı, 49-128 mm uzunluğunda, 42-16mm eninde, 1-2 mm kalınlığında olduğu tespit edildi. Belirgin bir loblanmanın varlığınıgöremediğimiz pankreas'ın, ters L ( ) şeklinde olduğu görüldü.Pankreas'ın, a.celiaca ve a.mesenterica cranialis'den orijin alan dallarla beslendiği gözlendi.A.celiaca'nın, aorta abdominalis'ten ayrılan ilk dal olduğu görüldü. A.celiaca'dan sırayla a.lienalis vea.gastrica sinistra'nın ayrıldığı a.hepatica'nın ise a.celiaca'nın devamı niteliğinde olduğu gözlendi.A.lienalis'in, 4-8 adet rr.pancreatici, a.gastrica sinistra'nın ise 1-2 adet rr.pancreatici verdiği görüldü.A.hepatica'nın orijininden yaklaşık 14,20 mm sonra verdiği a.gastroduodenalis'in, duodenum'un parsdescendes'i yakınında a.gastroepiploica dextra ve a.pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis'e ayrıldığısaptandı. ncelenen materyallerden birinde a.pancreacoduodenalis cranialis'in olmadığı bunungörevini ise a.mesenterica cranialis'ten gelen bir damarın üstlendiği belirlendi.A.mesenterica cranialis'in, a.celiaca'nın orijininden ortalama 11,90 mm sonra aorta abdominalis'dençıktığı ve damarın, 12,71 mm sonra pankreas ile duodenum da sonlanan a.pancreaticoduodenaliscaudalis'i verdiği belirlendi. A.pancreaticoduodenalis caudalis'in pankreas dokusu içerisindeki uçdalları, a.gastroduodenalis'in dalı olan a.pancreaticoduodenalis cranialis'in uç dalları ile anastomozyaptığı görüldü.Anahtar Kelimeler: Pankreas, Anatomi, Arter, Ankara Tavşanı
dc.description.abstractTHE ANATOMY AND ARTERIAL VASCULARISATION OF THE PANCREAS INANGORA RABBITSABSTRACTIn this study, without sex discrimination 12 adult Angora rabbits were used. With the aim ofexamining pancreas and its artery macroanatomy, it was carried out the latex on the 6 of the rabbits,the cast method with acrylic injection (corrosion cast) on the 4 of them and barium sulfate X-ray onthe 2 of the rabbits.It was determined that the pancreas of Angora rabbit located in the abdominal cavity, between parsdescendens and pars ascendens of the duodenum and between the last thoracal and second lumbalvertebra. It was observed that the pancreas was average 3,19 gr. weight, 49-128 mm length, 42-16 mmwidth and 1-2 mm thickness, formed small untidy lobe, brown-light pink coloured, covered with a fattissue. The shape of the pancreas was like of L (  ), it was not experienced any clear lope of it. It wasobserved that the pancreas was supplied by the branches origined from the celiac artery and thecranial mesenteric artery.It was seen that the celiac artery was the first branch departed from the aorta abdominalis. It wasobserved that the splenic artery and left gastric artery seperated from celiac artery and respectively thathepatic artery was the continuation of celiac artery. It was seen that splenic artery gave off the 4-8number of pancreatic terminal branch and left gastric artery gave off 1-2 number of pancreaticterminal branch.It was determined that gastroduodenal artery the hepatic artery gave out approximately 14,20 mm afterthe its origin and seperated into right gastroepiploic artery and cranial pancreaticoduodenal artery nearthe pars descendes of duodenum. In one of the examined materials, it was determined that there wasabsend cranial pancreacoduodenal artery but an artery came from cranial mesenteric artery undertookits function. It was observed that cranial mesenteric artery is leaved from abdominal aortae averagely11,90 mm after origin of celiac artery and after 12,71 mm it gave the caudal pancreaticoduodenalartery which finished pankreas and duodenum.It was seen that the terminal branches of caudal pancreaticoduodenal artery in the pancreas tissueanastomosed with the terminal branches of cranial pancreaticoduodenal artery which of the branch ofgastroduodenal artery.Key words: Pancreas, Anatomy, Artery, Angora Rabbiten_US
