97 SUMMARY The development of technology and industry has been covered the most important part of human being necessities. From this perspective, to be a respected person amongest the others is getting more important. An increase in relationship have improved the necessity of collaborations. By the participation in decision, some persons in an organization have also used the body structure and mental abilities. This behaviur make them to bring out the best ideas and to be respected person. Essentially the parciticipation in decision is kind of the method of participation in management. For this reason, the participation in decision at an organization is closely related with the political participation and industrial democracy. The most important thing is that the economical participation is one of the major concept of the participation in decision. In first chapter of the thesis, the definition and the stages of decision and the relationship with the smilar concepts have been mentioned. The family has been considered as a decision model in the second chapter.
