Prosess kontrol metodları ve bir uygulama

Abstract

İşletmelerin başarılı bir üretim faaliyetinde bulunabilmeleri için herşeyden önce tüketicilerin arzu ve isteklerine uygun, kaliteli ve ucuz mal üretmeleri gerekir. Bu şekilde bir üretimin gerçekleştirilebilmesi için de proseste çıkabilecek kalite problemlerinin, üretim tamamlanmadan önce teşhis edilerek, gerekli düzeltici tedbirlerin alınması zorunludur. Bu problemlerin teshirinde proses kontrol metodlan kullanılır. Bu çalışmada, kalite ve kalite kontrol kavramları çerçevesinde istatistiksel proses kontrol metodlan incelenmiştir. Bu metotlardan basit fakat son derece etkili bir problem çözme aracı olan Shewhart Kontrol Grafiği tekniğiyle Erzurum Şeker Fabrikası'nda bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Yapılan uygulama ile söz konusu proseste üretimin arzu edilen bir şekilde işlemediği ve üretim sürecinde verimliliği azaltan problemlerin var olduğu görülmüştür.

In order to businesses to be succesful in production they must foremost take into consideration the needs and wants of consumers and that the products be of good quality and competitive price. In order to attain such products, quality and production control must be made throughout the production process. Process control methods are used for such purposes. In this study statistical process control methods were applied in referance to quality and quality control concepts. The Shewhart control chart was applied as the technique to study at the Erzurum Sugar Factory. This technique although simple but is a very effective problem solver. In the appling the control chart technique. It was found that the Erzurum Sugar Factory's production was not at the expected level and that during the production process. It was found there are factors that reduce productivity.
