Tek düzen muhasebe sistemi, sisteme ilişkin temel sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri örnek bir uygulama

Abstract

ÖZET DOKTORA TEZÎ TEKDÜZEN MUHASEBE SİSTEMİ, SİSTEME İLİŞKİN TEMEL SORUNLAR VE BAZI ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ -ÖRNEK BİR UYGULAMA- Enver SÜMER Danışman : Prof.Dr. Yunus KİSHALI 1996, Sayfa: 194 Jüri: Prof. Dr. Yunus KİSHALI Gelişmiş ülkelerin hemen hemen tümünde, muhasebeden beklenen fonksiyonların gerçekleşebilmesi için tekdüzen muhasebe sistemi uygulanmıştır. Türkiye' de zorunlu tekdüzen muhasebe sistemi bazı istisnalanyla birlikte 1994 yılından beri uygulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, ülkede bulunan tüm işletmelerin muhasebe sistemini etkileyen tekdüzen muhasebe sistemi uygulaması incelenmiştir. Beklenen amaca ulaşmak için muhasebenin tanımı ve fonksiyonları açıklanmış, gelişmiş ülkelerde yapılan çalışmalar gözden geçirilmiş ve bunlarla ilişkili bazı tartışmalar yapılmıştır. Tekdüzen muhasebe sistemi uygulamasının olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla UNSAN AŞ. bir örnek olarak incelenmiştir. Firma tararından kullanılan tekdüzen muhasebe programı hakkında bazı bilgiler verilmiştir. Bilgisayardan alman mali tablolar ve veriler gözden geçirilerek tekdüzen muhasebe sisteminin olumlu ve olumsuz yanlan belirlendi ve olumsuzlukların ortadan kaldırılması için bazı önerilerde bulunuldu.

In Turkey, the obligatory uniform accounting system has been used since 1994 with some exceptions. The application of the uniform accounting system which effects the accounting of the whole enterprices in the country were examined in this study. To get the expected resoults, definition and functions of the accounting were explained, the studies which are made in developed countries were examined and some disccussions were made on them. To define the advantage and disadvantage of the application of uniform accounting system, UNSAN AS. has been taken as an example. Some information has been given about the software which is used in the company. By discussing the finantial tables and data taken from the computer, the advantage and disadvantage of the uniform accounting system were determined and some suggestions had been made to eleminate the disadvantages.
