İneklerde östrus siklusu uterus ekojenitesindeki değişikliklerin araştırılması

Abstract

İneklerde Östrus Siklusu Uterus Ekojenitesindeki Değişikliklerin AraştırılmasıAmaç: Sunulan çalışmanın amacı Holstein ırkı, bir doğum yapmış ineklerde östrus sonrası siklusun farklı günlerinde uterusta meydana gelen değişikliklerin ultrasonografik ekotekstür kullanılarak incelenmesidir.Materyal ve Metot: Erzurum'da bulunan özel bir işletmedeki 1. laktasyonda olan 42 adet inek çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmada herhangi bir klinik ve subklinik endometritis belirtisi göstermeyen inekler kullanıldı. Östrus gözlenen ineklerde östrus günü (0. gün), östrus sonrası 4, 12, 16, 18 ve 21. günlerde ultrasonografik görüntüler alındı. Alınan görüntüler daha sonra bilgisayar destekli görüntü analiz programı yardımıyla (BS200 Pro®) değerlendirildi. İneklerin uterus endometriyumunun ekotekstür parametrelerindeki değişimler incelendi.Bulgular: Yapılan incelemelerde inekler ortalama gri değer, homojenite ve kontrast parametreleri yönünden değerlendirildi. Östrus siklusunun farklı günlerinde alınan görüntüler değerlendirildiğinde ekotekstür parametrelerinde istatistiksel olarak bir farka rastlanmadı. Ancak değerler ayrı ayrı incelendiğinde gözlenen değişimlerin önemli olabileceği düşünüldü.Sonuç: Sonuç olarak östrus siklusunun farklı dönemlerindeki ineklerin endometriyumda ekotekstürel olarak farklılık olmadığı kanısına varıldı.Anahtar Kelimeler: Ekotekstür, endometriyum, inek, östrus siklusu

Investigation of Changes in the Uterine Echogenicity of Cows During Oestrus Cycle in CowsAim: The purpose of the present study was to examine the uterine changes during different days of the estrous cycle in primiparous Holstein cows by using ultrasonographic echotexture.Material and Method: The study was performed on 42 primiparous Holstein cows located on a private cattle farm in Erzurum. Cows with no clinical and subclinical signs of endometritis were included in the study. Ultrasonographic images were taken on the day of estrous (day 0), 4, 12, 16, 18 and 21 days after oestrus. Images were then evaluated using a computer-assisted image analysis program (BS200 Pro®). Changes in the echotexture parameters of uterine endometrium of cows were examined.Results: Cows were assessed on the basis of mean gray level, homogeneity and contrast parameters of echotexture analysis. The evaluation of the images taken on different days of estrous cycle had no statistical difference in echotexture parameters. However, when the values are examined separately, it is thought that the changes observed may be important.Conclusion: As a result, it was concluded that cows in different periods of estrus cycle did not differ echotexturally in endometrium.Key Words: Cow, echotexture, endometrium, estrous cycle
