1928 tarihine kadar yazılmış Fransızca-Türkçe, Türkçe-Fransızca ve çok dilli sözlükler üzerine bir dil araştırması

Abstract

ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ 1928 TARİHİNE KADAR YAZILMIŞ FRANSIZCA-TÜRKÇE TÜRKÇE-FRANSIZCA VE ÇOK DİLLİ SÖZLÜKLER ÜZERİNE BİR DİL ARAŞTIRMASI Danışman: Yard. Doç. Dr. AVNİ GÖZÜTOK 1997 -SAYFA: 146 Jüri : Bu araştırmada 1928 tarihine kadar yazılmış Fransızca-Türkçe, Türkçe-Fransızca ve Türkçe ile ilgili 45 çok dilli sözlük temel kaynak olarak ele alınmış ve bu eserlerin ışığı altında Türk dili çeşitli yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Öncelikle Türk-Fransız ilişkilerinin tarihsel ve kültürel boyutlarıyla, o dönemde yalnızca İstanbul'da bulunan Fransız okulları tezin giriş bölümünde kısaca incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde sözlük-dil ilişkisi hakkında bilgiler verilerek sözlük türlerinden, tez konusu sözlüklerin yapılış tekniklerinden ve temel amaçlarından söz edilmiştir. Elimizdeki sözlüklere göre Türk dilinin genel yapısı, Fransız dilinin Türk dili üzerindeki etkileri, alfabe konusu ve Türkçedeki birtakım ses yapıları ve değişiklikleri de ikinci bölümde incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise araştırma konusu sözlüklerin tanıtımı yapılmış ve hemen her sözlükten örnek birkaç kelime alınmıştır. Ayrıca bu bölümde Kamûs-i Fransevî üzerinde, kelimelerle ilgili daha geniş bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu tez çalışmasında elimizde bulunan sözlüklerin dışında, işlenen konuların kapsamı gereği çeşitli kaynaklara başvurulmuştur. Kaynak sözlüklerin büyük çoğunluğu Atatürk Üniversitesi Kütüphanesinden temin edilmiş ve bu eserler tercüme edilmek yahut sadeleştirilmek suretiyle tezde kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada öncelikli olarak ortaya konulmak istenen Türk dilinin kendi dışındaki dillerle olan ilişkisidir. Bunun için Şemseddin S AMİ'nin Kamûs-i Fransev' sinden seçilen 578 kelime üzerine küçük ölçekte bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile Türk dilinin özellikle Fransızcadan aldığı kelimelerin alan profili ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.

II ABSTARCT THE POSTGRADUATE THESİS A LANGUAE STUDY ON THE POLYGLOT AND DICTIONARIES FRENCH-TURKISH, TURKISH- FRENCH, WRITTEN UNTIL 1 928 Supervisor: Yard. Doç. Dr. AVNİ GÖZÜTOK 1997 -PAGE: 146 Jury: In this study, the forty-five polyglot dictionaries which were related with French-Turkish, Turkish- French and Turkish written until 1928, were examined as the main source and it was made a language study which examined the Turkish language with the some ways on them. Principally, the French schools were briefly examined in the entrance part of the thesis existing only in Istanbul, in that period with the historical and cultural respects of the Turkish-French relations. In the first chapter, it was told to the main aims and the technique done of the dictionaries the thesis subject from the dictionary kinds by being given information about the dictionary-language relation. According to our dictionaries, it was also examined in the second chapter, the general structure of Turkish language, the effects of the French language on the Turkish, the subject of alphabet and some phonem stuctures, their changes in Turkish. In the third chapter, it was made the presentation of the dictionaries being the research subject and taken a few words from every dictionary nearly. In addition, in this chapter it was made a larger study related with the words on Kamûs-i Fransevî. In this thesis study, it was applied to the different sources in accordance with the content of the made up subjects in the exterior of our dictionaries. The most of the source dictionaries were obtained from the library of Atatürk University and these works were used in the thesis by being simplified or translated. In this study, it was especially to explain that the relation with the other languages of the Turkish language. Then, it was made a study on the 578 words which were chosen from Kamûs-i Fransevî of Şemsettin Sami. It was worked to explain the field profile of the words came from French especially to Turkish language with this study.
