Abstract

Metin TÜRKO İşletmeler sürekliliği sağlamak için devamlı ileri doğru adımlar atmak durumundadır. Geleceğe yönelik oluşturulan her fikir ve hareketin bir işletme planına ve dolayısıyla finansal planlamaya uygun olması kaçınılmazdır. Geleceğin belirsizliği ve riskliliği daha karmaşık bir hale gelmesi, finansal ufkun tahmin edilmesini daha da zorlaşmıştır. Finansal planlamayı zaman açısından ele alan bu çalışmada, kısa ve uzun dönem finansal planlama teknikleri incelenmiş ve bir işletme üzerinde uygulaması yapılmıştır. Kısa vadeli finansal planlama için, işletme sermayesinin planlanması, nakit bütçesi ve kâr planlaması analizleri yapılmıştır. Uzun vadeli finansal planlama için, proforma bilanço, proforma gelir tablosu ve proforma fon akım tablosu analizleri yapılmıştır.

It is unavoidable the suitability to a business plan for every idea and action which are making towards the future up and so the suitability to the financial planning. It was the becoming more complex position the uncertainty and having risks of the future made the prediction of financial horizon. In this work which handles the financial planning in point of view as time, it was searched short and long terms financial planning techniques and it was made a application on a business. It was made the planning of business capital cash budget and profit planning analysis for the short term financial planning. It was made pro forma balance, pro forma income statement and pro forma fund cash statement analysis for the long term financial planning.
