Abstract

Dr. Hacı Ömer BEYDOĞAN Bu araştırmada, öğrenme-öğretme sürecinin önemli aşamalarından biri olan ölçme ve değerlendirme öğesinin ilköğretim 1. kademede görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerine^, etkin kullanılma düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla düzenlenen anket formları, Giresun il merkezindeki 220 sınıf öğretmenine uygulanmış, 186 geçerli anket formundan elde edilen veriler araştırmanın veri tabanım oluşturmuştur. Araşörmap't problemi, öğretmenlerin ölçme ve değerlendirmeye ilişkin uygulamalarını içermektedir. Bu araştırmada şu sorulara cevap aranmıştır:. Öğstmenlerin mesleki kıdemlerine bağlı olarak, sınav sorularımı, hazırlanması, soruların kullanılış amacı ve soru hazırlamada esas aldıkları kriterler arasındaki ilişki. Öğretim sürecinde, öğrencinin başarısını belirlemede kullandıkları ölçüt ve yaklaşanların belirlenmesi. Sınavların yapılandırılması, uygulanması ve uygulama sonucunda elde edilen verilerin, hangi amaçlarla kullanıldığına yönelik olarak sorulan sorulara cevaplar aranmıştır. Öğretmenlerin anket sorularına verdikleri cevaplar, yüzde (%) ve khi-kare (X2) test teknikleriyle analiz edilip sayısallaştınlarak yorumlanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler çerçevesinde bazı öneriler getirilrniştir.

Dr. Hacı Ömer BEYDO?AN This study aims to determine the effective use of measurement and evaluation technique which is one of the important parts of teaching-leamiag process by teachers working in me first stage of primary school education. The questionnaire forms prepared for this purpose were given to 220 primary school teachers in Giresun city center, the data obtained from 186 valid forms formed the basis o/ the study. The focus of the study is the applications of teachers for assessment and evaluation. The study seeks answers to the following questions:. The relation between the years of experience and preparation of questions including the criteria for the use of questions.. The scales and approaches for the determination of the success of the students.. The structuring and application of examinations and the use of the data obtained from the examinations. The answers of the teachers to the questions in the questionnaire were analyzed using percentage and khi-square test techniques, and commented numerically. Some suggestions were made in view of the obtained data.
