Abstract

ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ 1431 NCLU GİRESUN ŞERİYYE SİCİL DEFTERİ EL 1314-1315 (M. 1897) Dursun EKİZ Danışman: Y.Doç.Dr.Mııammer DEMİREL 1999-SAYFA:237 Jüri: Y.Doç-Dr.Muammer DEMİREL Y.Doç.Dr.Ersin GÜLSOY Y.Doç.Dr.Mehmet İNBAŞI Araştırma konumuz olan 1431 No'lu Giresun Şcr'iyye Sicil Defterine gore, XDL Yüzyılın son çeyreğinde Giresun Kazası'nın ırki, dini, iktisadî, ve sosyal durumlarına açıklık getirmeye çahştık. Defter, 77 sahifeden ibaret olup, 66` kayıt mevcuttur. Orijinal metin kayıtlarım günümüz harflerine aktarırken inceltmelere ve kesme işaretlerine dikkat edilmiştir. Kayıtları değerlendirme sonucunda, Sosyal Devlet Anlayışı, Bürokrasi, Mahkeme Çeşitleri, Evlenme-Boşanma, Müsfim-Gayr-ı Müslim İlişkileri, Vakıflar, Giresun'un İktisadî Durumu vs. Qe ilgili açıklayıcı bilgileri ehle ettik. Özellikle Osmanlı DevletTnde kıyılan dinî nikâhlarm kayıtlara geçerek resmî nikâh sayılması; Eytâm Sandıklan vasıtasıyla kimsesiz ve yetim çocuklarının korunması ve vakıfların nitelikleriyle Sosyal Devlet Anlayışının en güzel misallerini görmekteyiz.

The notebook s formed of 77 pages and there are 66 registrations in it. While the orijinal text registrations were transferred to the letters of today. There was taken care to the cutking signs and thimesses. At the end of the valukion of registrations we obtained iBnstrative informations that are interested in comprehension of economic government, bürokrasi, kinds of courts, marriage-divorce, relations of Moslem-nonMosiem, foundations and Giresun's economic situations. Especially in the Ottoman government we see the most beautiful examples of the guali ties of the foundetions social goverment comprehension. For example registering religion marriage and considering as the ofBcal marriage, defencing of the homeless and orphon children with the orphans bank.
