İlköğretim sosyal bilgiler dersinde Milli Mücadele Dönemi`nin öğretimi

Abstract

ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ İLKÖĞRETİM SOSYAL BİLGİLER DERSİNDE `MİLLİ MÜCADELE DÖNEMİ`NİN ÖĞRETİMİ Yurdal KOÇAK Danışman: Yrd.Doç.Dr.Ali Sinan BİLGİLİ 1999- SAYFA: 122 Jüri: Yrd.Doç.Dr.Ali Sinan BİLGİLİ Türk İnkılâbı ile oluşturulan yeni rejimin tarihi öğretilme yoluna gidilmiştir. 23 Nisan 1924'de II.Heyet-i İlmiye toplantısında Kurtuluş Savaşı, T.C. Devleti'nin Kuruluşu, Cumhuriyet'in İlânı ve Hilafetin Kaldırılması müfredata sokulmuştur. 1929'da ders notları halinde hazırlanmıştır. Bu ders 1933-1934 yılında Yükseköğretimde zorunlu hale getirilmiştir. Ortaokul ve Liseler için hazırlatılan ders notları, Mustafa Kemal'in emri ile 1931 'de 4 cilt olarak hazırlanmıştır. Daha sonra 1944'de Enver Ziya Karal tarafından Tarih IV olarak tekrar yazılmıştır. 12 Eylül 1980'den sonra Ortaokul 3. sınıftan, Üniversitelerin son sınıflarına dek zorunlu hale getirilmiştir. Bu amaçla Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından 27.4.1981 tarih ve 76 sayılı kararla ders programları hazırlanmıştır. Daha sonra Atatürk İlkeleri ve Türk Devrimi ile ilgili yaklaşımları diğer derslerin içine serpiştirilmesi için 18 Ocak 1981 tarih ve 2104 sayılı genelge yayınlanmış yürürlüğe girmiştir. Tezin alanını oluşturan II. Kademe Okulları `Türkiye Cumhuriyeti İnkılâp Tarihi ve Atatürkçülük` müfredat programı, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'nm 6 Temmuz 1981 tarih ve 2090 sayılı tebliğler dergisinde yayınlanmıştır. Dersin II. Kademe İlköğretim okullarında öğretim hakkında yapılan uygulama anketine 12 tane İlköğretim okulundan 50 öğretmen katılmıştır. Anket sonucunda yapılan değerlendirmede öğretmenlerin çağdaş eğitim ve öğretim teknolojileri, yöntemlerinin takip edilememesi, okulların çağdaş ölçülerde fizikî şartlarının da eğitime uygunluğunun olmaması, dersin öğretimi ile ilgili birçok sorunları ortaya koymuştur. Eğitim ve öğretimde çağdaş yöntem, eğitim teknolojileri uygulanamadığı, okulların fizikî şartları düzeltilmediği sürece, dersin işlenişi eski klasik sistemle devam edecek ve sorunlar bitmeyecektir.

In the second Heyet-i İlmiye meeting, in April 23, 1924, the war of Independence, the foundation of Turkish Republic, the declaration of Rubuplic, and the abolition of the Caliphate were included in the curriculum. These were prepared as course-book notes in 1929. This course became compulsory in higher education in 1933-34. The course-book notes for secondary and high schools were prepared in 4 volumes with the order of Mustafa Kemal. It was later re-written by Enver Ziya Karal as History IV in 1944. After September 12, 1980 it became compulsory from secondary school 3, till the end of University. For this purpose, sylabuses were prepared with the date Afril 27, 1981, and the number 76. Later, in order to distribute the aproeches concerning The Principles of Atatürk and Turkish Revolution into other courses, a general instruction was issued and put into effect on January 18, 1981 and with the number 2104. The subject matter of the thesis, Second Stage Schools, `Revolutionary History of the Rebublic of Turkey and Kemalism` curriculum was issued in the journal of bulletin by Ministry of National Education on July 6 1981, and with the number 2090. In the questionarie for the teaching of the caurse in second stage Primary Schools, 50 tecahers from 12 schools were inciuded. The result reveals that teachers are unable to follow up-to date teaching and learning technologies, schools don't have the recessory modern physical conditions, which bring about lots of problems for the teaching of the caurse If the studying of the lesson goes on without. Modern methods, use of educational techniques, the correction of physical conditrons, the problems will not end.
