Abstract

I ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ ESADZÂDE MEHMET ÇELEBİ'NİN HAYATİ EDEBİ ŞAHSİYETİ VE DİVANİNİN TENKİDLİ METNİ Cahit EPÇAÇAN Danışman: Yard.Doç.Dr. Cevat YER DELEN 1999 -SAYFA: Jüri: : Yard.Doç.Dr. Cevat YERDELEN Devrinin saygın ve kültürlü bir şair ve devlet adamı olarak tanınan Mehmed Çelebi 1717 yılında İstanbul)da doğmuştur.İyi bir medrese eğitiminden sonra Diyarbakır, Bursa ve istanbul gibi şehirlerde kadılık yapmış daha sonra şeyhül islam olmuştur.Mehmed Çelebi zamanının önde gelen din ve sanat adamlarındandır.O şiir ve inşaaya hakim bir insan olarak tanınmıştır. Eserlerinde Dîvân edebiyatının geleneklerine bağlı olan Mehmed Çelebii örnek olarak büyük Türk şâirlerini alır. Fuzûlî ve Bakîden bu tarafa her türlü söyleyişi deneyen Mehmet Çelebi gazelde daha çok Nâbî ve Nedim'in, kasidede de Nefî'nin tesirinde kalmış, onların tarzında eserler vermiştir. Onu etkileyen şâirler arasında babası Es'ad Efendi ve Koca Râgıb Paşa'nın da önemli bir yeri vardır. Dili, üslûbu ve sanatı XVIII. yüzyılın genel özelliklerini gösterir. Dilde sadeleşmek ve konularda mahallileşmek suretiylehalk kültürüne yaklaşma eğilimi içerisinde olan Mehmet Çelebi eserlerinde halka faydalı olmak amacıyla halk ifadelerine, atasözlerine ve deyimlere bolca yer vermiştir. Üslûbu sâde ve samimîdir, ifadelerinde yoğun bir mânâ ve hayâl vardır. Bu özelliğiyle de o, Sebk-i Hindî akımının bu yüzyıldaki temsilcilerindendir. Şiiri ilim ve irfanla süslenmiş olup, hikmetler ve güzel söyleşilerle doludur.Karşılaştırmalı metnini oluşturduğumuz Dîvân'da 2 kasîde, 167 gazel, 19 tarih, 1 murabba, 88 beyit, 6 tahmis, 14 rübâî, 2 kıt'a, lûgaz ve 11 muamma bulunmaktadır.

ABSTRACT MASTER THESIS THE LIFE OF Esadzade Mehmed Çelebi, His, His Literary Personality and Edition, Critic OF HİS DİVAN Cahit EPÇAÇAN Supervisor: Yard.Doç.Dr. Cevat YERDELEN 1999 -SAYFA: Jury : Yard.Doç.Dr. Cevat YERDELEN Esadzade Mehmet Çelebi, who was born in Istanbul in 1717, served significantly for Ottoman Empire and grew in further respected and cultured family life and had on excellent education since then his childhood, After his education, he worked as müderris (proffessor) in various medresse. After he had been cadi in Diyarbakır, Bursa and Istanbul, Mehmed Çelebi was appointed firstly Anatolia and later Rumelia chif military judge, had been sheikhulislam finally. Mehmet Çelebi was one of the outstanding men of letters, and scientist and the ologists of his age. Sources stated that he was a scholar and merit personality and dominated to poetry and construction. In his works, Mehmet Çelebi devoting to traditions of Dîvân literature, has taken great Turkish poets as Quide. Since Fuzûlî and Bakî, he experienced pleuty of telling and he was influenced by Nâbî, and Nedim in lyric poem, and by Neft in eulogy. And he created some works in their style. Among the poets affecting him, his father Es'ad Efendi and Koca Râgıb Paşa had significant place. His style, language and art show general characteristics of 18th century. By simplifying in language and making localism in subjeets, Mehmet Çelebi tended to approach to public culture. With the aim of contribution to teople,IV he used proverbs, idioms and public statements very much. His style is simple and friendly. There is deep meaning and imagination in his expression with this feature, he was representatives of stream of Sebk-i Hindî in our century. His poem is adorned with science and knowledge and is full of wisdom and good works. We verified the complete text of Dîvân by using three copies. We evaluated these copies in the first part of the fourth section. We gave place comparative text of Dîvân in the second part. In Dîvân we formed comparative text cconsists of two eulogies, 167 lyric poems, 19 dates, 1 Quatrain, 88 verss, 6 couplet, 14 rubais, 2 strophes, 2 lugaz and 1 1 mysteries.
