Abstract

Dr. Sırrı AKBABA Yrd.Doç Dr. Mehmet KÖK Gelişim ödevlerini sağlıklı yerine getiremeyen bireylerin oluşturduğu toplumlarda beşeri kaynakların kullanımı açısından sıkıntı vardır. İnsan unsurunun temel özelliklerini bilmek ve hayatı yönetmek için hayatı yaşayan ve yaşatan insanı tanımak gerekir. Biz bu çalışmamızda insanı doğum öncesinden ergenlik dönemi sonuna kadar büyüme, gelişme ve olgunlaşma açısından tanımaya çalıştık. Bu sebeple, yalnız biyolojik bir varlık olmanın ötesinde, sosyal bir varlık olan insanı, dil gelişimi, sosyal gelişim, fiziki gelişim, zihinsel gelişim ve cinsel gelişim açısından tanımaya çalıştık. Hiç şüphesiz, tüm bu faktörlerin belirleyicileri çevre, zaman ve kalıtım olgusudur. İnsanı yalnız kalıtımın etkisinde görmenin ötesinde, aynı zamanda sosyal bir varlık olduğunu ifade ettik. Böylece kendi türümüzün yapısal yanıyla birlikte, ilişkiler tarafinı da ortaya koymaya çalıştık Diğer taraftan Freud'un `id `olarak nitelendirdiği temel özün dışında ahlaki gelişimin özelliklerim vurguladık. Böylece sosyal, psikolojik ve biyolojik bir oluşumun bütünleştirici özelliklerini ortaya koymaya çalıştık.

Dr. Sim AKBABA Yrd.Doç.Dr. Mehmet KÖK There is a trouble on using the human resources inthe society which consists of individugls who are not able to carry out their developing obligations well. In order to know the human being is fundamental characteristics and control the life, it is necessary to recpgnize the human being very well who lives the life and get it lived. In this study, we have examined. The human being's life from the period of prebirth to the period of adolescense from the growing up, developing, and becoming mature points of view. There fore, we have tried to recognize the human being who is an interactive and social creature more than being a biological creature, from his lingual, social, physical, mental, and sexual development viewpoints. Undoubtly, the determinants of all these factors are the environment, timen and inheritance facts. We have explainedin the various chapters that human beings are not only biological creatures, they are social creatures as well. In this way, we have tried to find out our own species communication side in addition to his physique side. On the other hand, we have stressed both the characteristicsof moral developing and the fundamental essence which is described as `id` by Freud. In this way, we have tried to find out the complementary characteristics of a social, physicological and biological combination.
