Ticaret meslek liselerinde muhasebe eğitimi ve Erzurum Ticaret Meslek Lisesi`nde bir uygulama

Dr. Hayati AKSU Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Ticaret ve Turizm Öğretimi Genel Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı olan Ticaret Meslek Liseleri'nde verilen muhasebe eğitiminin; Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı açısından istenen düzeyde olup olmadığını tespit edebilmek, ayrıca gelecekte sektörün ihtiyaç duyduğu niteliklere sahip elemanların yetiştirilebilirliğinin bir değerlendirmesini yapmaya çalışmaktır..,'.,.. Verilerin elde edilmesinde geniş bir alanda literatür taramasi yapılmış, ilgili birimlerce yüz yüze yapılan görüşmelerden alınan notlar derlenmiş ve çıkarılan bir kısım sonuçlan desteklemek amacıyla da, Erzurum Ticaret Meslek Lisesi'nde uygulama yapılmıştır. Uygulama ile ilgili veriler; Erzurum Ticaret Meslek Lisesi'nin muhasebe bölümünde öğrenim gören Lise 1, 2 ve 3. sınıf öğrencilerinin, bu sınıflarda muhasebe dersine giren öğretmenlerin, beceri eğitimi yapan öğrencilerin, koordinatör öğretmenlerin ve beceri eğitimi yapılan iş yerlerindeki eğitici personellerin konu ile ilgili görüşlerini içermektedir. Anket formlarından elde edilen veriler, SPSS programında işlenerek istatistiksel yöntemlerle değerlendirilmiş ve tespit edilen bulgulara göre de öneriler getirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT MASTER THESIS ACCOUNTING EDUCATION IN COMMERCE CAREER HIGH SCHOOL AND AN APPLICATION IN ERZURUM COMMERCE CAREER HIGH SCHOOL C. Dr. Hayati AKSU The basic aim of this study is to find out whether the accounting education given in Commerce Career High Schools tied to the General Directorate of Commerce and Tourism Education is sufficient in terms of Ministry of Education. It is also analized if future requirements in terms of qualified personnel in this field will be met. In terms of providing the data a large literature scanning is carried out, notes obtained from meetings with related officials are edited; to support some of the obtained results an Application in Erzurum Commerce Career High School is conducted. Data about the application includes the opinions of the first, second and third class students of Erzurum Commerce Career High School's accounting department, accounting teachers of that classes, students that study skill education, coordinating teachers and teaching personnel of the workplaces in which skill education is carried. Data obtained form the questionnaire are processed through statistical evaluation program SPSS and the results are utilized and suggestions based on this utilization are made.
