Cahit Tanyol`un Türk devlet felsefesine ilişkin görüşleri

Abstract

ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ CAHİT TANYOL'UN TÜRK DEVLET FELSEFESİNE İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİ MevlûtÖZBEN Danışman: Prof. Dr. Sabahattin GÜLLÜLÜ Jüri : Prof. Dr. Sabahattin GÜLLÜLÜ Cahit Tanyol'un, ülkemizin sosyoloji alanında yetiştirdiği önemli sosyologlardan biri olmasının yanısıra, edebiyat alanında da, şiir ve sanat üzerine onlarca makale yazmış bir bilim adamı olarak Türk düşünce hayatında oldukça saygın, ve seçkin bir yeri vardır. Cahit Tanyol'un sosyolojik görüşlerinin odak noktası devlet felsefesidir. Tanyol, Türk toplumlarının kurmuş olduğu devletlerin kaynağında ortak bir devlet felsefesi ve dünya görüşü olduğunu önemle vurgular. Buradan hareketle yazar, devlet sorunu anlamında da kilit rolü oynayan şeyin doğu- batı ayırımı olduğunu savunur. Ona göre Batı toplumu kendi ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel tarih görüşlerini, insanlık tarihinin gelişim çizgisi olarak kabul edip, kendi uygarlıklarım evrensel boyutta ele alıp bu şekilde lanse etmektedirler. Onlara göre Asya Uygarlığı tali bir uygarlıktır ve sadece Batıya olan etkisi çerçevesinde ele alınabilir. Tanyol'a göre Batı dünya görüşünün kaynağında Antik Çağ, yani Yunan Mitolojisi olduğu halde, Türk Devlet Felsefesinin kaynağım Şamanist Mitoloji oluşturur. Yazar buradan hareketle bugünkü toplumsal sorunlarırnızm çözümü için kendi tarihsel gelişimimizin iyi bilinmesi gerektiğini belirtir. Tanyol, laiklik ve irtica'nın da gelişim seyrini, evrensel devlet anlayışımız açısından ele alarak, günümüzün başat sorunu olan ilticayı çok farklı bir perspektifte okuyucularına sunar.

n ABSTRACT MASTER THESIS CAHİT TANYOL'S VIEWS OF TURKISH STATE PHILOSOPHY Mevlüt ÖZBEN Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Sabahattin Güllülü Jury : Prof. Dr. Sabahattin Güllülü Cahit Tanyol is one of the most important sociologists brought up in Turkey in field of sociology; he has also produced a number of essays in literature, especially on poetry anol art, for which he has an outstanding and respectable place in the world of Turkish theght Cahit Tanyol's sociological views are centred around the state philosophy. He strongly emphasizes that the states established by Turkish societies have a joint state philosophy and world view at its base. With this consideration in mind, the writer claims and defents that what plans a key-role in the sense of state problem is the distinction between west and east. To him, the western society considers her own economic, social and cultural views of history to be the development line of the history of mankind, reflecting her civilizations on the universal dimension. To the westerners, the Asian civilization is a secondary one and it is worth handling it only in its relation to or influence on the west. To Tanyol, the western view of world is rooteol in the antiguity, nawely Greek my thology, while Turkish State Philosophy finds its coots in the Shamanian Mythology. Considering this point, the writer remarks that it is necessary to know our historical development if we want to solve our present social problems. Tanyol also sheds a very different perspective on irtica, the principal problem of today, by portraying the development line of secularism and irtica on the basis of universal state.
