Sosyal bilgiler öğretiminde `tarih öğretiminin` önemi

Abstract

Dr. Kenan ÇETİN Bu çalışma, ilköğretim okullarında öğretilen Sosyal bilgiler dersindeki tarih öğretiminin önemini ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Sosyal bilgiler dersi ilköğretim çağındaki çocuklarımıza yaşantı kazandırmayı amaçlayan bir derstir. Dersin içeriğini oluşturan en önemli unsur da `Tarih` eğitimidir. Çalışmamız beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. 1. bölümde Sosyal bilgiler dersinin milli eğitimimizdeki önemi, 2, 3, 4 ve 5. bölümlerde tarih ve tarih öğretiminin önemi açıklanmıştır. Sosyal bilgiler dersindeki tarih öğretimi ile öğrenciye geçmişin yorumlarıyla bugünü algılaması ve geleceğe ilişkin beklentileri arasında bağlantı kurarak yaşamına uygulayabilmesi hedeflenmiştir.

The lesson of social sciences is a lesson which is being the aim of earning some money for our childrens lives for the children whose are at the age of the primary school. Even the most important element which is existed of the lesson's concept is the education of `history` our working consists of five parts it was explained the importence of the lesson of social sciences for our national education in the first part and in second (2), the thirth (3), the fourth (4) and the fifth (5) parts it was explained the impotence of history. With the history teaching in the lesson of social sciences it was taken as a goal for the students to understend this day by the ideas of the past and can be applied them on their lives as being in contact beitween the hopes about the future.
