Abstract

Canani KAYGUSUZ Yrd.Doc.Dr. Kutsi KAHVECİ Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim okulu müdürlerinin yöneticilik becerileri ile ilgili kendilerinin ve yakın görev ilişkisi bulunan sınıf öğretmenlerinin algı ve beklentilerinin neler olduğunu saptayarak analiz etmek ve analiz sonuçlarına dayalı olarak sistemin iyileştirilmesi için ilgililere önerilerde bulunmaktır/ Okul müdürlerinin yöneticilik becerilerine ilişkin yönetici ve öğretmen algı ve beklentileri anket - tarama yöntemi ite saptanmıştır. Bilgi toplama aracı 3e ekle edilen veriler istatistik analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmaya katılanların algıve beklentilerine ilişkin verilerin analizinde aritmetik ortalama, standart sapım ve t- testi tekniklerinden Bu araştırma iki saptanan öğretmen beklenti ve algılarının okul müdürlerinin davranışlarını etkileyerek yönetsel soranlara kısmen çözüm getireceği düşünülmektedir. Bu araştırmanın yönetici yetiştirme programının hayırlanmasına da ışık tutacağı ve yeni bir yaklaşım sunabileceği düşünülmektedir. ı

Their perception of administrative talents and expectations were determined by questionaire method. The data obtained by means of collecting information were statistically analyzed. Frequency, distribution of percentape and aritmetic means in the analysis of the data related to the perception and expectation of the interviewees were calculated by descriptive statistical methods. It is supposed mat the expectations and the perception of the teachers that were determined by this study, will partly create some solutions for the administrative problems by affecting the behaviours of the school administrators. It is also supposed that this study will be illuminating to prepare the programs of adrmnistrative education and it may also present a new approach.
