Dr. Müslüm AKDEMİR Bu araştırmada, ortaöğretim okullarındaki son sınıf öğrencileri ile rehber öğretmenlerin görüşleri doğrultusunda, eğitsel rehberlik hizmetlerinin, uygulama ve değerlendirme boyutları açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Ortaöğretim okullarındaki eğitsel rehberlik alanındaki mevcut durum saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada, öğrenci görüşleri toplam 28 sorudan oluşan `öğrencilerin, Uygulanan Eğitsel Rehberlik Hizmetlerini Niteliksel Değerlendirme Anketi` ve öğretmen görüşleri toplam 36 sorudan oluşan `öğretmenlerin, Uygulanan Eğitsel Rehberlik Hizmetlerim Niteliksel Değerlendirme Anketi` ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Gaziantep il merkezindeki okullardan seçilen 14 devlet ve özel ortaöğretim okulundaki 325 son sınıf öğrencisi ile 87 rehber öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde frekans, yüzdelik ve ki-kare teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşleri, okul türlerine göre karşılaştırılması yapılarak eğitsel rehberlik alanındaki mevcut durum belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada: 1. Araştırmada öğrencilere eğitsel rehberlik konulan hakkında yeterli bilgilerin verilmediği, 2. öğrencilerin yeteneklerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılan testlerin yetersiz olduğu saptanmıştır. Eğitsel rehberlik hizmetlerinin yürütülmesinde karşılaşılan sorunların çözümlenmesinde: 1. Okul ve sınıf rehber öğretmenlerinin, gerçek yararlar sağlayıcı ve ileri yöntemleri tanıtıcı kurslara alınıp hizmet içinde eğitilerek bu bilgileri öğrencilere vermesi; 2. Testlerin yeterli sayılara çıkarılarak ve bu testlerin okul rehber öğretmem ile sınıf rehber öğretmeninin işbirliği yaparak değerlendirmesi; 3. Eğitsel rehberlik hizmetleri için yeterli zaman ayrılması, eğitsel rehberlik hizmetleri kapsamında yürütülen etkinliklerin sonuçlarının izlenmesi, gerekli denetimlerin zamanında ve yerinde yapılması önerilebilir.

Evaluation of educational guidance services for secondary schools had limited only views of school guide teachers, last class guide teachers and students. Survey method was used for this research. Improving by researcher this poll aplication had applied to 325 last class students and 87 guide teachers from 14 private offical school at of Gaziantep. Freguency, percentage and ki-square techniques was used for analyzing. Present situations had determined according to finding on educational quidance services by making comparsion to school kinds on geting views of teachers and students. Research Results: 1) Enaugh informations had not given to students about educational guidance, 2)The tests which they applied to students to for learning their lities aren't enough. 3) Enaugh time must be reserve for solving of problems about educational guidance services's practice, firstly problems which they had seen common according to teachers, and then the other problems solving. Result of educational guidance of studies must be follow. Nececcary controls must be do in its place and on the time.
