Doç. Dr. İsmail ÖĞRETİR Yrd. Doç. Dr. Gürsel UYANIK Türk ve Alman Poeükasfnın Kitabı, Türk ve Alman Poetikaları'nı inceleyen bir tezdir. Bu tezde, Poetika'nın temel unsuru ve olmazsa olmaz (sine que non) koşulu olan Şiirin Genel Tarihi'nden ve gelişim evrelerinden sonra, poetika kelimesinin kavram-literatür tartışması ve poetikanın tarihi ele alındı. Şiirin tarihi, şiir üzerine düşünmenin tarihinden farklı bir araştırma alanı olduğundan, bir de Şiirin Genel Tarihi bölümüne ihtiyaç duyuldu. Türk Poetikası'nın Kitabı'nda, Türk Şiir tarihinde poetikanın gelişim evreleri bulgulandı. Bu yüzeysel tarihi geçiş, aynen Alman Poeükasfnın Kitabı'nda, Alman Şiir Tarihi için de uygulandı. Asıl metnimizi ve tezimizin ağırlık noktasını XX. yüzyıl oluşturacağından, bu zamanda Türk ve Alman Şiir Sanatı'nın mihenk taşlan sayılacak şairler, kronolojik dizine dikkat edilerek ve yüzyıla yayılarak seçildi. Böylece Türk ve Alman Poetikası'nı şekillendiren şairleri zaman dizimsel olarak incelemek fırsatı doğdu. Tezi bilmeden antitezi ya da sentezi bilmek zor olduğundan, şairlerin karışık zamanlardan seçilip alınmamasına dikkat edildi. Ortak Değerlendirme'de, iki kültürün şiir tarihinde poetikanın gelişim evreleri yanında, batılı ve doğulu şiirin geniş bir arkeolojik kazısı yapıldı. Bu kültürlerin şiire, şaire ait düşünceleri ve ortak/farklı yönleri, görünürdeki veya bilinç altındaki verileri kaydedildi.

Dr. Gürsel UYANIK This study is concerned with the concept of 'Poetics' along with its history and debates concerning it in literature, and with a general history of poetry, which is indispensable and crucial to Poetics, and its stages of development. As the history of poetry is a field of research different from that of contemplating over poetry, a need has arisen in our study for a general history of poetry. The developmental stages of Poetics in the history of Turkish Poetry have been found out in The Book of Turkish Poetics. This superficial historical method has been applied similarly for the history of German Poetry in The Book of German Poetics. As the essential part of our study is the 20. Century, the poets considered as the milestones of Turkish and German Poetry have been chosen chronologically throughout the century. Thus, we have had the chance to analyse the poets shaping the Turkish and German Poetics chronologically. As it would be difficult to know the Anti-thesis and get the Synthesis without the Thesis, we have paid special attention to avoiding choosing the poets from different periods. Besides the developmental stages of Poetics is the poetical history of both cultures, a comprehensive archaelogical excavation has been fullfilled into the western and oriental poetry in the Evaluation Part. We have also made 'mentions of both cultures' views of poetry and poets as well as their visible or invisible data.
