T. Hobbes ve J. J. Rousseau`nun siyaset felsefelerinin karşılaştırılması

Doç. Dr. Osman ELMALI Yrd. Doç. Dr. Selçuk COŞKUN Çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Hobbes*un politik fikirlerini, ikinci bölümde de Rousseau'nun politik fikirlerini ele aldık. Üçüncü bölümde filozofların görüşlerini karşılaştırdık. İlk önce filozofların politik felsefelerinin temellerini araştırdık. Her iki filozofun çıkış noktası `doğal haP ve ''doğal hukuk` varsayımıdır. Onlar bu varsayım üzerine sosyal sözleşmelerini kurmuşlardır. Devletin kuruluşunu ise sosyal sözleşmeye dayandırmışlardır. Filozofların sisteminde bu kavramların önemli bir yeri olduğundan, bu kavramları çözümlemeye çalıştık. Hobbes insan psikolojisi üzerine kurguladığı politik felsefesinde, mutlakiyetçi bir egemenlik anlayışını savunuyor. Rousseau ise egemenliğin halka ait olduğunu bildiriyor.

Ömer ÖZDEN Assist.Prof.Dr.Osman ELMALI Assist.Prof.Dr.Selçuk COŞKUN This study consist of three parts. We examined policy toughts of Hobbes' first part and J.J.Rousseau's in secand part. We compared toughts of philosophers in part three. At first, we investigated basis of philosophy of bath policy of philosophers. Starting point of both philosophers is assumption of `Natural Situation` and `Natural Law` They set up social agreement on the basis of this assumption establishment of the state was based on social agreement. These consepts are very important for philosophers. Hence we tried to analysis these concepts. Hobbes who set up his philosopy of policy the basis of human pyschology asserts on absolute sovereignty comprehension Also, Rousseau express that sövere igntybelongs to public.
