Eğitim fakültelerindeki öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinin öğrenme-öğretme süreci açısından değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Araştırmanın amacı, Eğitim Fakültelerindeki Sınıf Öğretmenliği Eğitimi Programında yer alan öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinin öğrenme-öğretme sürecinin değerlendirilmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini Eğitim Fakülteleri, örneklemini ise, her coğrafi bölgeden karakteristik özelliğini taşıyan 7 üniversitedeki Eğitim Fakülteleri ve o ilde bulunan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı olan ilköğretim okullarındaki uygulama öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Bir betimsel çalışma olan bu araştırmada, tarama (survey) modeli kullanılmıştır. İlgili literatürden yararlanılarak kuramsal temeller oluşturulmuştur. Verilerin toplanması için, öğretmen adayı, öğretim elemanı ve uygulama öğretmeni için ayrı olarak anket formları geliştirilmiştir. Araştırma altı ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, giriş ve araştırmanın problemi; ikinci bölümde, araştırmanın kuramsal çerçevesi; üçüncü bölümde de, konuyla ilgili yapılan araştırmaların özetleri yer almaktadır. Dördüncü bölümde, araştırmanın yöntemi, evren ve örneklem, veri toplama teknikleri ve verilerin analizi bulunmaktadır. Beşinci bölümde, araştırma sonunda ulaşılan bulgular, SPSS (Sosyal Bilimler îçin İstatistik Programı)ile analiz edilerek tablolar halinde yorumlanmıştır. Yapılan analizlerde; frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, t testi ve F testi istatistik teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Son bölümde ise, araştırmanın sonuçlan verilerek, önerilere gidilmiştir.

Dr. Şerafettin KARAKAYA This aim of this study is evaluated Teaching Practice Course Faculties of Education in Primary School Teaching Department in view of teaching-learning perspective. The area of the study includes Faculties of Education; the samples include Faculties of education with typical geographical features of each region and teachers of teaching practice in schools belonging to Ministry of Education in those cities. In this theoretical study, survey method was used. The theoretical basis is established utilizing the related literature. In order to collect data, separate questionnaire forms were developed for teacher candidates, members of faculties and teachers of teaching practice. The study contain six main chapters. The first chapter includes introduction and the problem of the study; the second chapter contains the theoretical framework of the study; the third one includes the summary of the works related to the study. The fourth chapter includes the method of the study, area, samples, techniques of collecting data and the analysis of the data. Chapter five is of the findings analyzed and tabulated with SPSS (Social Sciences Statistical Program). In the analyses, frequency, percentage, mathematical average, t test and F test statistical techniques were used. The last chapter includes the results of the study and suggestions related to the study.
