Abstract

Dr. Tevhit BAKAN Hz. Peygamber'in söz, fiil ve takrirlerinden oluşan sünnete başından beri büyük önem verilmiştir. Sahabe döneminde kayda geçirilen sünnet tabiîn döneminde de tedvin edilip kitaplaştınlmıştır. İşte biz de bu dönemde yaşayan ve en erken tedvin edilen eseri vücuda getiren Zeyd b. Ali'yi ve söz konusu eserini incelemeye çalıştık. Eser Zeydiyye mezhebinin kaynağı olduğu gibi, Ehl-i sünnet âlimlerince de tasvip edilmiştir. Bu sebeple yapılan bu çalışma sened ve metin olarak hadislerin durumlarını incelemiştir.

Assoc. Dr. Tevhit BAKAN From the beginning the Sunna of Mohammad, which consisted of the words, actions and narrations of him, had highly been taken seriously. Sunna which was recorded in the period of companions had been published in the period of Tâbi'een. So, what we tried to is; studiyng Zaid b. Ali, who published first book and lived in this period, and his work that questioned of. His work was not only the base of Zaidist bu also was respected by the scholars of Ahl- Sunnah. For that reason the position of hadith, as a text or a source, has been examined in this study.
