Abstract

Dr. Erdoğan KÖSE Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, İlköğretim Programında yer alan Vatandaşlık ve İnsan Haklan Eğitimi (VİHE) dersi amaçlarının gerçekleşme düzeyinin tespitidir. Bu amaçla, 8. sınıf öğrencileri ile bu dersi veren öğretmenlerin ilköğretim VİHE dersi amaçlarının gerçekleşme düzeyini saptamaya yönelik tutumları değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma altı bölümden oluşmaktadır: I. Bölümde araştırma problemi, alt problemler, denenceler, sayıtlılar, sınırlılıklar ve tanımlar üzerinde durulmuş. II. Bölümde VİHE ile ilgili kavramlar, VİHE'nin felsefi, sosyal ve hukuksal temelleri. VİHE'nin tarihsel gelişimine yer verilmiş. III. Bölümde konu ile ilgili yurt içinde ve yurt dışında yapılan çalışmalara değinilmiş, IV. Bölümde araştırmanın modeli, evreni, örneklemi, veri toplama araçlarının hazırlanması ve uygulanması hakkındaki bilgiler sunulmuş, V. Bölümde VİHE dersi amaçlarının gerçekleşme düzeyi, öğrenci ve öğretmen tutumları, çeşitli sosyo-ekonomik değişkenler açısından karşılaştırmıştır.

Dr. Selami SÖNMEZ Assist. Prof. Dr. Erdoğan KÖSE The main purpose of this study is to determine actualization level of citizenship and human rights education (CEHRE). In this purpose the attitudes of the students of 8 th class and teachers those teach this lesson devoted to actualization level to determine the actualization of CEHRE has been evaluated. This study consists of six chapters. In the first chapter we have dealt with research problem, sub-problems, experiments, assumption, restrictions and definitions. In the second chapter the definitions related CEHRE, philosophical of CEHRE, basics of its social and legal and historical developments of CEHRE have been explained, In the third chapter we have mentioned studies related to topic in the country and abroad, In the fourth chapter information about the model, universe, sample, preparation of data collecting tool and their application have been given. In the fifth chapter actualization of level of CEHRE, attitudes of students and teachers have been compared in the aspect of different variable socio-economic.
