Abstract

Doç. Dr. Naci İSPİRBu çalışmanın amacı basının geçirdiği dönüşümü irdelemektir. Bu anlamda geçmişinışığında, basının günümüzdeki gerçekliği görüntülenmeye çalışılmıştır.Basının incelenmesinde yöntem olarak diyalektik yöntem seçilmiştir. Çünküdurmadan çelişerek dönüşen yaşam, durmadan dönüşen problemler, durmadan dönüşençözümler ve görüşler, konuyu diyalektik bir bakış açısıyla değerlendirmeyi gerektirmektedir.Bu bağlamda yaşamın kendisi diyalektik yapı içerisinde biçimlendiğinden, basını anlamakiçin de diyalektik yöntem doğru bir seçim olmaktadır.Çalışma, diyalektik yöntemin mantığına uygun olarak, dört inceleme aşamasından (herşey birbirine bağlıdır / her şey değişim halindedir / nicel-nitel değişim / karşıtların savaşımı)oluşmaktadır. Birinci aşamada, basının koşullandığı / koşullandırdığı alanlar (siyaset, toplum,ekonomi) incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. İkinci aşamada, basının geçirdiği evrim kısacairdelendikten sonra, üçüncü bölümde basının nitelik dönüşümünün ardındaki nicelikselnedenler araştırılmıştır. Dördüncü aşama çalışmanın ana bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Buradabasının iç çelişkileri olarak ?özgürlük? ve ?sorumluluk? kavramları ele alınarak, bu ikikavramın çatışması sonucunda ortaya çıkan yeni basın modelinin (ihtiyaç yaratan basın) genelhatları çizilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Doç. Dr. Naci İSPİRThe aim of this study is to explicate the transformation of the press. In this context, itis tried to find out the truth of press today in the light of the past.The dialectic methodology is one of the most appropriate methods to analyze thepress, because continuously changing life, repeatedly transforming problems, continuallyshifting solutions and opinions necessitate dialectic perspective. In other words, to apprehendlife is only possible by dialectic methodology as life itself embodies a dialectic structure.Dialectic exists in nature itself, in the core of objects, in reason and in idea.Consequently, it is also a good choice benefiting from dialectic whilst examining press whichis among one of the elementary heading of today.The use of dialectic methodology which sheltered evolution in itself is required toinvestigate constant evolved press, its evolved effects and the ideas shaped by these effectsfrom past to present.In accordance with the dialectic method, the examination is done in four stages-(everything is bound to one another/ everything is in case of permutation/ quantitative-qualitative permutation / the struggle of antagonistic counters). In the first stage the conditionof the press and the fields conditioned by it (politics, society, and economics) are examined.The second stage is a brief outline of the evolution of the press. In the third stage thequantitative reasons for the qualitative transformation of the press are sought after. The fourthstage forms the main study. Here the concepts of ?freedom? and ?responsibility?, as theinterior contradictions of the press, are discussed. Later on the general outline of the newpress model (press as the creator of need) as the result of this contradiction is tried to bedrawn.
