Ortaöğretim kurumlarında eğitim maliyetlerinin analizi - Erzurum il merkezinde kamu ve özel ortaöğretim kurumları karşılaştırması

Abstract

Bu çalısmada, eğitim sistemi içerisinde yer alan genel ortaöğretim kurumları elealınarak, bu kurumlarda ortaya çıkan maliyetler incelenmeye çalısılmıstır. Ortaöğretimkurumları, kurumsal ve birim maliyetler açısından ele alınmıstır.Çalısmanın birinci bölümünde; ortaöğretim kurumlarında maliyetler genel olarakele alınmıstır. Bu bölümde, eğitim maliyeti ile ilgili temel kavram ve tanımlar yapılarakeğitim maliyetleri çesitli açılardan değerlendirilmistir. ?kinci bölümde; ortaöğretimkurumlarında kurumsal maliyetler incelenmis ve eğitim maliyetlerinin hesaplanmasıasamaları üzerinde durulmustur. Üçüncü bölümde; ortaöğretim'de maliyet etkinliği ilemaliyetleri etkileyen kurum içi ve dısı faktörler ele alınmıstır. Dördüncü ve sonbölümde ise; ortaöğretim'de kurumsal maliyetler toplam ve birim öğrenci bazındauygulama çalısması ile incelenerek, analiz edilmis ve yorumlanmıstır.Arastırma sonucunda; ortaöğretim kurumlarında maliyet unsurlarının çesitlilik arzettiği, hem kamu hem de özel okullarda farklılıklar gösterdiği belirlenmistir.

In this study, by studying the general high schools in the education system, thecosts occuring in these schools were tried to examine carefully. The institutional andunit costs in the high schools were to examine carefully.In the first part of the study, the costs in the high school were generally analyzed.In this part, the education cost and basic concept and definitions besides educationcosts were analyzed in different aspects. In the second part, the institutional costs in thehigh school, were tried to be analyzed, and it was concentrated on the levels of theaccounting of the education costs. In the third part, the cost efficiency and the factorsfrom the inside and outside of the institution were taken in to consideration. In thefourth and last part, the institutional total and unit costs were tried to be analyzed andinterpreted.At the end of the research, it was seen that the elements of the cost give diversity,these costs may be different in not only public but also private schools.
